【正文】 常熟市海天科技綜合樓 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)是對常熟海天綜合科技樓的設(shè)計(jì)。 該 科研樓的 結(jié)構(gòu) 主體為四層結(jié)構(gòu),局部為五層。結(jié)構(gòu)主體為鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu),采用鋼與混凝土組合樓蓋,基礎(chǔ)為獨(dú)立擴(kuò)展基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)考慮到了結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能,在有關(guān)地震效應(yīng)計(jì)算時(shí),主要參考國家現(xiàn)行規(guī)范。結(jié)構(gòu)的計(jì)算的主要內(nèi)容依次如下: PKPM 軟件計(jì)算初步選取構(gòu)件尺寸,荷載的計(jì)算,內(nèi)力的計(jì)算,構(gòu)件的驗(yàn)算,構(gòu)件的連接設(shè)計(jì),柱下擴(kuò)展基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)計(jì)。 其中內(nèi)力考慮了風(fēng)荷載、地震荷載、雪荷載等多種荷載,構(gòu)件和節(jié)點(diǎn)的驗(yàn)算均考慮了有震及無震兩種情況。 根據(jù)不同力的作用方式選擇計(jì) 算方法,其中計(jì)算:框架剛度采用 “D 值法 ”。水平地震作用計(jì)算采用 “ 底部剪力法 ” ,豎向荷載作用下采用分層法,風(fēng)荷載作用下的內(nèi)力計(jì)算采用反彎點(diǎn)法。 計(jì)算中采用了一些合理的假定,如不考慮屋面結(jié)構(gòu)找坡,當(dāng)作平屋定計(jì)算,從而使計(jì)算結(jié)構(gòu)對稱,可取 一 半結(jié)構(gòu),大大簡化計(jì)算,且誤差僅在 %左右。計(jì)算中注意對手算結(jié)果和電算結(jié)果的比較,可以對軟件計(jì)算和手算各自的特點(diǎn)有更充分的認(rèn)識(shí)。 在計(jì)算組合梁撓度時(shí),按簡支梁簡化計(jì)算。 計(jì)算組合板負(fù)彎矩時(shí),按單跨兩端固支簡化計(jì)算。 在具體的結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算中以國家現(xiàn)行規(guī)范為依據(jù)。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu) 節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì) 鋼構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì) Abstract The design Object is Changshu Haitian Integrated Science and Technology Building. This building is fourstrory, partially five. The main form of it’ s structure is steel frame structure,while the floor is steel and concrete posite floor. The building use single extended structural design bases on graduation project requests,such as the capacity of resisting the the calculation,the solutions about earthquake puting is according to the aseismic code,which is our national speaking,the process of the structural design are as follows,judge the size of the member of structure,calculate the load,calculate the internal force,design the conection of members,design the single extended foundation under the column. When calculate the internal force,many loads are taken into consideration,such as the wind load,the seismic load,the snow load and etc。when check the steel member and the connections,the normal situation and seismic situation are both considered. According to different modes of selection method, which calculated : frame rigidity D。 Seismic levels calculated using bottom shear, under vertical load stratified, Wind Load Calculation of internal forces of antibending point method. In the calculation, I adopt some reasonable instance, ignore the slope made for draining the water,treat the roof as flat roof so that the structure is when the structure is symmetrical,we can take half of the it to calculate,thus greatly reduce the workload and the error range is Only %. I also pare the results between hand count and software,so that I can know better about the difference between them. When calculate the deformation of the steelconcrete binated beam,the beam is simplified as a simple supported calculate the moment of the binated slab,the slab is simplified as a slab with both ends fixed. In the specific structural caculations, the prevail codes are used as reference.
