【正文】 題目 ：淺談鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)低碳建設(shè)與發(fā)展 淺談鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)低碳建設(shè)與發(fā)展 摘要 ：建設(shè)鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)是 國家戰(zhàn)略中的重要區(qū)域性規(guī)劃 之一 ， 也是 江西 省 實現(xiàn)在中部崛起 ， 促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、自然和諧發(fā)展的重大戰(zhàn)略。 發(fā)展 低碳經(jīng)濟(jì) 作為 生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè) 的 最終目標(biāo) ， 時刻指導(dǎo)著整個鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展。本文以低碳理念為基礎(chǔ) ， 借鑒國內(nèi)外各生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗 ， 通過分析鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的區(qū)域狀況 ， 同時結(jié)合 國家政策 ， 分析 該地區(qū)在發(fā)展過程中面臨的問題 ， 并提出相應(yīng)的解決方案 ， 進(jìn)而 對該地區(qū) 的低碳建設(shè)和發(fā)展進(jìn)行論述。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū) 低碳 發(fā)展 A Study on Low Carbon Construction And Development of Ecological Economic Zone in Poyang Lake Abstract： As one of the most important regional design of national strategies， the construction of Ecological Economic Zone in Poyang lake is also the most important strategy ， helping Jiangxi province achieve the goal that springing up in the middle of china and promoting the relationship between economic， society and nature. As is the goal of the construction of Ecological Economic Zone ， low carbon development direct the construction of Ecological Economic Zone in Poyang lake all the on the conception of low carbon， at first this thesis will draw lessons from the development of Ecological Economic Zone all over the world. Then conbining the condition in Ecological Economic Zone in Poyang lake and policy， Farthermore， I will analysis the problems which may appear in the development of Ecological Economic Zone. Finally ， I will put forward the measures to these problems and make a study on low carbon construction and development of Ecological Economic Zone in Poyang lake.
