工業(yè)除塵與通風(fēng)課程設(shè)計 I 摘 要 在 煤廠 進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)的過程中散發(fā)的各種有害物粉塵(主要為 煤塵 塵)、有害蒸汽和氣體以及余熱如果不加控制會使室內(nèi)空氣環(huán)境受到污染和破壞,危害人的健康,影響生產(chǎn)的正常進(jìn)行和實驗的效率。因此,有效的控制生產(chǎn)過程中有害物對室內(nèi)空氣的影響和破壞是一個非常重要的問題。工業(yè)通風(fēng)就是研究這方面問題的一門技術(shù)。本設(shè)計為 山西洗煤廠 處理工部的通風(fēng)除塵系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。首先,結(jié)合工程查閱相關(guān)的資料分析確定該 洗煤廠所產(chǎn)生的粉塵的主要類型與性質(zhì),根據(jù)粉塵的類型與性質(zhì)選擇合適的集氣罩和除塵器。然后,根據(jù)規(guī)范的要求提出了通風(fēng)除塵系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方案并 進(jìn)行管道布置。根據(jù)工藝選擇排風(fēng)罩罩口形式并計算排風(fēng)量。確定管道斷面形式及尺寸進(jìn)行水力計算選擇凈化設(shè)備和風(fēng)機的型號。選擇風(fēng)管的管材及其安裝方式。最后繪制除塵系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)簡圖。 考慮到 煤廠 粉塵污染的特點以及工藝操作的限制,比較各種類型的除塵器,選擇了最合理的通風(fēng)除塵方案,進(jìn)行了通風(fēng)除塵系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 通風(fēng);除塵;設(shè)計;工業(yè)除塵與通風(fēng)課程設(shè)計 1 Abstract In foundry production process with various harmful dust ( mainly for sand and dust ), harmful steam and gases and heat if not controlled can make indoor air `environment pollution and destruction, harmful to human health, affect the normal production and experimental efficiency.
