【正文】 AO法印染廢水處理工程設(shè)計 中文 摘要 印染廢水成分復雜、色度高、 CODcr 高且難降解,對環(huán)境造成較大污染。根據(jù)以活性染料為主要染料的針織棉布染色廢水的特點,印染廢水處理一般采用生化 混凝沉淀法、混凝氣浮法,化學氧化及活性炭吸附法等,但是這些方法存在運行費用較高、不易管理等缺點。 A/O 法可提高廢水的可生化性,該工藝可行的關(guān)鍵在于高效脫色的水解酸化池的應(yīng)用,為后續(xù)生化處理和處理后達標排放奠定了基礎(chǔ),在該工藝設(shè)計中還采用了調(diào)節(jié)池、水解酸化池、濃縮池和污泥反應(yīng)池等,并且對各個構(gòu)筑物都進行了精確的計算。此工藝脫 色率可達 75%90%,而對 CODcr 的去除也可達到 60%左右,且運行成本低,易管理,取得了良好的處理效果和經(jīng)濟效益。 關(guān)鍵詞 :印染廢水;酸化水解;混凝;脫色 Anaerobicaerobic treatment of dyeing wastewater engineering Abstract The position of dyestuff wastewater is plicated . Its chromaticity is high, CODcr is high and hard to be degraded by biochemical treatment .That is why it causes serious pollution to the environment. A new treatment process for the rease of dyeing and printing wastewater which consists of mainly of active dyestuff is brought forward. Biochemistry coagulation sedimentation, coagulation gas floation chemical l oxidation and activated carbon adsorption are generally used .But the operation cost of these methods is expensive and hard to be managed. A/O many improve the result of the biochemical treatment of the dyestuff wastewater .It sets up the foundation for the sequent biochemical treatment,for ing up to standard and for lowering the operation cost. Technolgical design include adjusted pool ,acidificationhydrolyze pool and concentration pool and every construction carry out exact decoloration rate of the dyestuff wastewater is fome 75%~ 90%,and the removal rate of COD crmay reach 60%. Its management is easy,and has obtained favorable treatment effect and remarkable economic benefit.
