【正文】 本 科 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 第二人民醫(yī)院后勤辦公樓設(shè)計(jì) A Design of Back Office for People39。s Hospital 學(xué)院名稱: 土木工程與力學(xué)學(xué)院 專業(yè)班級(jí): 學(xué)生姓名: 指導(dǎo)教師姓名: 指導(dǎo)教師職稱: 講 師 2021年 6月摘要 I 摘 要 本論文綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識(shí),根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書的要求進(jìn)行了鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)辦公樓的建筑設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。 設(shè)計(jì)過程遵循先建筑后結(jié)構(gòu)再基礎(chǔ)的順序進(jìn)行。建筑設(shè)計(jì),依據(jù)建筑總體規(guī)劃要求、建筑用地條件和基地周邊的環(huán)境特點(diǎn),首先設(shè)計(jì)建筑平面, 其次進(jìn)行立面造型、剖面設(shè)計(jì)。建筑設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)滿足使用功能和造型藝術(shù)的要求,并適應(yīng)未來發(fā)展與靈活改造的需要。 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)密切聯(lián)系建筑設(shè)計(jì),以現(xiàn)行的有關(guān)規(guī)范為依據(jù),主要包括結(jié)構(gòu)選型及結(jié)構(gòu)布置、確定計(jì)算簡圖及計(jì)算單元、荷載計(jì)算、側(cè)移控制、內(nèi)力組 合、構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)、樓梯設(shè)計(jì)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)等內(nèi)容 。本工程采用鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系(橫向承重),選擇了有代表性的一榀框架進(jìn)行計(jì)算。對(duì)于豎向荷載作用采用彎矩二次分配法,水平荷載作用采用 D 值法。設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算整個(gè)過程中綜合考慮了技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)和施工工業(yè)化的要求,由于本工程位于 6 度抗震設(shè)防區(qū),所以計(jì)算時(shí)不考慮抗震要求。 施工組織設(shè)計(jì)主要包括施工準(zhǔn)備工作、施工部署、主要項(xiàng)目的施工方法以及技術(shù)質(zhì)量、安全生產(chǎn)、文明施工方面的一系列措施。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 建筑設(shè)計(jì) 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 施工組織設(shè)計(jì) 荷載計(jì)算 Abstract II Abstract This thesis uses the professional knowledge synthetically according to the request of the design program. The design of the office building includes architectural design, structural design and construction management design. The design process follows the order: firstly, architectural design。 secondly, structural design。 lastly, the foundation design. The architectural design, according to the master plan of the building, the site condition, peripheral urban environment, and characteristic of the base design the building plain at first. The elevation design is carried on secondly, considering building classify and fire prevention. The architectural design should meet the needs of the functional requirement, the use requirement and development and flexible transformation in the future. Structural design maintains close ties with the architectural design, which is based on current relevant codes. It includes the structure style, the preliminary estimation for the structural members, confirmation of the sketch and unit for calculation, sideway control, load calculation, ponent design, slabstairs design, floor overlay design and foundation design. This project adopts castinplace reinforced concrete structure (transverse bearing), which has chosen a representative frame to calculate. Vertical load function adopts moment distribution method, level load function adopts D value method, and seismic load function adopts equivalent base shear method. During the design process earthquakeresistant design, technical economy index and construction industrialized request are synthetically considered. Construction management design includes the preparation of construction, construction schedule, the main construction method and a series of measures for technological quality, safety in production and civilization construction.
