【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 題 目 寬帶直流放大器的設(shè)計(jì)制作 姓 名 學(xué) 號 專業(yè)班級 所在學(xué)院 信電學(xué)院 指導(dǎo)教師（職稱） 二○ 一 ○ 年 三 月 二十五 日 浙江大學(xué)城市學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文 摘要 I 寬帶直流放大器的設(shè)計(jì)制作 【摘要】 寬帶放大器以其低噪聲 、低非線性失真以及良好的匹配性等特點(diǎn)，成為現(xiàn)代無線接入技術(shù)和遠(yuǎn)程通信系統(tǒng)中的一種極為重要的放大器類型 ， 在一些特殊的應(yīng)用中，我們常希望輸入信號的幅值接近 A／ D的輸入電壓量程的上限。工程上常采取改變放大器增益的方法對幅值大小不一的信號進(jìn)行放大。在計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)控系統(tǒng)中，為實(shí)現(xiàn)不同幅度信號的放大，往往不希望、甚至也不可能利用手動(dòng)方法來實(shí)現(xiàn)增益變換。利用程控放大器可以很好地解決上述問題。 本設(shè)計(jì) 使用寬帶低噪聲放大器 OPA642 以正向放大器形式級聯(lián)，用單片機(jī)控制模擬開關(guān) ADG508選擇不同增益，以實(shí)現(xiàn)增益的手動(dòng)控制。該放 大器達(dá)到以下指標(biāo)：增益范圍為 040dB。增益調(diào)節(jié)步進(jìn)為 5 dB。帶寬可設(shè)置。 LED顯示放大器的的增益輸出量。該放大器也可以手動(dòng)增益可調(diào)。該放大器能很好的應(yīng)用在多種信號變換場合。電壓增益 AV≥ 40dB，輸入電壓有效值 Vi≤ 20mV。 AV可在 0～ 40dB范圍內(nèi)手動(dòng)連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié)。可以按照 5dB步進(jìn)調(diào)節(jié)。最大輸出電壓正弦波有效值 Vo≥ 1V，輸出信號波形無明顯失真。 3dB通頻帶 0～ 1MHz。放大器的輸入電阻≥ 50歐姆。 【 關(guān)鍵詞 】 寬帶 ， 程控 ， 放大器 ， 增益可變 ， 步進(jìn)調(diào)節(jié) 浙江大學(xué)城市學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文 Abstract II The of Design A Wideband DC Amplifier 【 Abstract】 The characteristics such as lownoise,low nonlinear,distortion and good matching let the broadband amplifier bees an extremely important amplifier’s type in modern wireless access technologies and telemunications mainly used in the video signal, pulsing signal or the amplification of RF DC Amplifier mainly used for measuring , in some special applications, we often want the input signal amplitude close to the range limit of A/D input project often uses the method that change the gain when the signal amplitude is puter numerical control systems,For the realization of different amplitude can39。t use manual methods to the change programcontrolled amplifier can solve the problem. In this paper, The design uses the lownoise wideband amplifier OPA642 which is Cascaded. Using the SCM Controls the ADG508 analog switch to achieve the manual gain controlling. The range of gain is from 0 to step of gain is can be the 7segment digital to display the amplifier can also manually adjust the gain greater than input voltage less than the ranger from 0dB to 40dB,the gain can manual adjust 3dB passband is from 0HZ to 1MHz.
