【正文】 1 基于 STC89C52 單片機(jī)的 自動加料機(jī)控制器設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 本文主要研究了以單片機(jī)為基礎(chǔ)的自動加料機(jī)控制器的設(shè)計(jì)。 自動加料機(jī)就是能 把物料從貯料倉或其它貯料設(shè)備中均勻或定量的供給到受料設(shè)備中的裝置 ,是實(shí)行流水作業(yè)自動化的必備設(shè)備。 本設(shè)計(jì)就是采用 STC89C52 單片機(jī)為主要控制芯片,通過霍爾以及紅外感應(yīng)當(dāng)前物體通過各個(gè)測試點(diǎn)通過的物料數(shù)量,利用時(shí)鐘芯片和存儲芯片實(shí)現(xiàn)定時(shí)記憶控制,并通過電機(jī)模擬傳送帶的運(yùn)行,同時(shí)系統(tǒng)檢測當(dāng)前的運(yùn)行溫度。系統(tǒng)采用了 LCD1602 顯示技術(shù)分別檢測數(shù)量、溫度,并且在溫度過高時(shí)提供聲 光報(bào)警,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)物料的自動控制輸送,大大提高了工作效率,使整個(gè)過程又快又穩(wěn)。 本文重點(diǎn)闡述了系統(tǒng)的工作原理、硬件構(gòu)成、各部分的主要功能以及軟件的結(jié)構(gòu)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。 【關(guān)鍵詞 】 加料機(jī)控制器; 單片機(jī) ; 紅外感應(yīng) 2 【 Abstract】 This paper studies the microcontrollerbased design of an automatic feeding machine controller.
