This thesis is mainly to design a mold for plastics wet water box through the plastic parts for process analysis and parison, the final design of a pair of injection mold. This topic embarks from the product structure, process and the concrete mold structure, gating system on mold, mold forming part of the structure, top of the systems, cooling systems, injection molding machine and related parameters of the check, there are detailed design, while and simple preparation of the mold process. Through the whole design process, it is indicated that the mold can reach the machining process which the plastic parts require..According to the main task of the subject design is the design of plastic wetted water box die, that is to design a injection mold to produce water box of plastic parts, to achieve automation to improve production. Through the design, injection mold can have a deeper understanding of the design notes that some of the details to understand the structure and working principle of learning PROGRAM, you can create a simpler ponents parts store, and effective improve efficiency。 through painting assembly drawing, part drawings, and further deepen the CAD system proficiency, a better understanding of the various parts of mold.
