【正文】 學號： 常州大學 課程設(shè)計（論文） 題 目 某城市污水處理廠的工藝設(shè)計 學 生 學 院 專業(yè)班級 指導教師 專業(yè)技術(shù)職務 二 ○ 一五 年 七 月 II 某城市污水處理廠的工藝設(shè)計 摘 要： 本設(shè)計處理規(guī)模為 54954m179。/d，對該區(qū)居民、商業(yè)及一些小型企業(yè)的生活和部分生產(chǎn)廢水進行處理，污水從泵房經(jīng)格柵到沉砂池，進入初沉池，曝氣池，二沉池，再進入消毒池，處理后的出水可達到所要求的 處理后要求 SS≤ 22 mg/L，BOD5≤ 20 mg/L，剩余污泥從二沉池排出進入濃縮池，再進入脫水機房，最后外運處置。本設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容包括對泵房、格柵、沉砂池、初次沉淀池、曝氣池、二沉池、濃縮池等主要構(gòu)筑物進行詳細、系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計計算和說明，確定構(gòu)筑物的工藝尺寸，主要設(shè)備選型，提出土建結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、電氣控制設(shè)計要求，結(jié)合地形和設(shè)計規(guī)范，對污水處理廠進行平面布置和高程布置，對污水處理廠的投資和運行費用進行估算。 關(guān)鍵詞： 生活污水 曝氣 濃縮 III Process design of a municipal wastewater treatment plant Abstract： The construction of this design is 50000 cubic meters per day, For the residential, mercial and some small businesses of life and part of the production waste water treatment, sewage from the pumping station by the grid to sink sand pool, enters the primary settling tank, aeration tank, secondary sedimentation tank, again into the pool disinfection, the treated effluent can reach the required processing requirements of SS is less than or equal to 22 mg / L, BOD5 less than or equal to 20 mg / L, surplus sludge from the secondary sedimentation tank enters concentration pond, then it is dehydrated, at last it is carried out of the plant. Themajor content of this design includes:the calculation and introduction of pump house,grille, grit chamber, oxidation ditch, secondary sedimentation tank, contact tank,sludge impoundmentin detail and systematically, the size design of the mainly constructs, the main equipment selection,design requirements in civil engineering structure and electric control,level assign and vertical assign are done according to the landform and design specification, estimation of investment and operation cost.
