寧夏理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) I 摘要 隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展 ,公路交通已經(jīng)成為關(guān)系國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)命脈和社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重大系統(tǒng) ,但隨之而來(lái)的交通事故給人的生命安全和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展造成了重大損失。爆胎是引起交通事故的主要原因 ,保持標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的車胎氣壓行駛是防止爆胎的關(guān)鍵 ,胎壓檢測(cè)系統(tǒng) TPMS(Tire Pressure Monitoring System)是由此應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的一項(xiàng)汽車安全防范系統(tǒng)。胎壓檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)主要用于汽車行駛過(guò)程中對(duì)汽車胎壓與溫度的實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè) ,當(dāng)出現(xiàn)異常狀態(tài)時(shí)進(jìn)行報(bào)警 ,從而保障駕乘者的行車安全。 本課題主要研究的是一種用于 機(jī)動(dòng)車輛上的輪胎壓力與溫度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。文中提出了一種基于無(wú)線技術(shù)的輪胎壓力與溫度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的方案,設(shè)計(jì)綜合運(yùn)用了檢測(cè)技術(shù)、單片機(jī)技術(shù)及無(wú)線通信技術(shù) ,其中發(fā)射模塊能實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)、處理輪胎的壓力和溫度參數(shù) ,并運(yùn)用無(wú)線方式將處理后的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)浇邮漳K 。接收模塊能校驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)并顯示結(jié)果 ,用以告知駕駛員各個(gè)輪胎的情況。 本系統(tǒng)采用了有效的節(jié)能措施 ,不僅在硬件上選用了具有睡眠功能的芯片 ,而且在軟件設(shè)計(jì)上通過(guò)將判斷功能置于發(fā)射模塊中 ,減小了系統(tǒng)的發(fā)射頻率 ,從而降低了能耗 ,保證了不會(huì)因?yàn)楦鼡Q能源問題而頻繁的拆裝輪胎 ,提高了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)用性 ,因而具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。 關(guān)鍵詞 :輪胎 ;無(wú)線通信技;抗干擾;節(jié)能 寧夏理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) II Abstract Along with the development of social economy and science and technology, highway traffic has bee the lifeblood of national economy and the relationship between social and economic development of important system, but the resulting traffic accidents to the human life security and economic development has caused great losses. Flat Tire is a major cause of traffic accident, keep the standard Tire Pressure is the key to prevent blowout, Tire Pressure Monitoring System TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) is thus arises at the historic moment of safe guard System in a car. Tire pressure monitoring system is mainly used for the car of automobile tire pressure and temperature in the process of realtime detection, and alarm when abnormal state, thus ensuring the driving safety. The purpose of this research is to develop a kind of applied to motor vehicle tire pressure and temperature monitoring system. This paper presents a temperature of tire pressure monitoring system based on wireless technology. Integrated use of the hardware design of detection technology, microcontroller technology and wireless munication technology, the launch module can realtime tire pressure and temperature parameters detection, processing, and use wireless way to transmit data after processing to receiving module。 Receiving module can check data and display the results to inform the driver of each tire. This system adopted the effective energy saving measures, not only on hardware chose chips with sleep function, but also on the software design of transmission module, by will judge function in reducing the transmission frequency of the system, reducing the energy consumption and ensure the won39。t change the energy problem and frequent disassembling tire, improve the practicability of the system, thus has broad application prospects.
