This system is based on the using tax management system, taking use of Shayibake National Bureau39。s puter systems and work. This system takes advantage of our valuable experience from tax assessment these years. This system realized: import of exception taxpayers、 confirm of doubtful taxpayers、 assign of tax assessment mission、 work details of tax assessment mission and the files. This system improves qualities and efficiency， setup a standard for tax assessment, improve tax assessment effect. This system is based on Window 2020 R2 Server OS, make use of and C program, Oracle 10 g DBMS, use Visual Studio 2020 development tools. This system puts forward from the system target and carried on accurate and detailed analysis to the need of system, the norm turned the design of database and also expanded to reserve to connect for aftertime39。s function at the same time. In the aspects of coding to carry out, this system adopted the 3 F factory mode(entity layer, data access layer and business logic layer) on the structure, the of layer and layer is independent mutually, easy to isolate a design mistake, the convenience carries on a system test. This system established strict legal checkout and safety to guard against illegal access and modify. This system has already got a use in the Shayibake National Tax Bureau after detailed test of all system. The system runs successfully, the function meets the demands. The system es to the designing purpose.
