【正文】 四川大學(xué)錦江學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計(jì)） I 旋刀式草坪修剪機(jī)工作裝置設(shè)計(jì) 【摘 要】 本次設(shè)計(jì)的旋刀式草坪修剪機(jī)工作裝置結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，價(jià)格比較便宜，使用保養(yǎng)較簡(jiǎn)便 .因而，在國(guó)際上得到了廣泛使用。 手推步行操作式旋刀式草坪修剪機(jī)一般由 4 個(gè)輪子支承著 .刀殼頂部安裝著刀殼上的動(dòng)力機(jī)的曲軸或輸出軸，軸的下端安裝旋刀修剪裝置 .機(jī)器的前進(jìn)可由動(dòng)力機(jī)經(jīng)傳動(dòng)裝置驅(qū)動(dòng)，也可以由人力推動(dòng)。旋刀式草坪修剪機(jī)作業(yè)時(shí)可將廢除的草皮排在草地上，也可將廢除的草皮收集在集草器內(nèi)。 旋刀式草坪修剪機(jī)的旋刀裝置通常為長(zhǎng)方形，兩端有刃口和翼片 .一般工作的時(shí)候刀片割草，背后的翼 片可將刀殼內(nèi)部的空氣排出，這時(shí)候刀殼內(nèi)形成負(fù)壓 .當(dāng)草長(zhǎng)的較高，機(jī)器前進(jìn)時(shí)，刀殼前端部會(huì)把草壓倒 。另外，刀殼外面的空氣進(jìn)入刀殼內(nèi)的同時(shí)，可對(duì)倒伏的草起到提升的作用，這對(duì)于草長(zhǎng)得很茂盛并發(fā)生倒伏的情況有很好的針對(duì)作用。這樣機(jī)器一次通過后，就可將草坪修剪得比較整齊，因此，提高了工作效率。翼片形成的氣流可將刀刃切下的草屑懸浮到氣流中，經(jīng)刀殼氣道、排草口、排草通道排出，或收集起來 .氣流還可避免草屑在刀殼內(nèi)形成堵塞現(xiàn)象 .上述這種切割方式，按切割原理屬無支撐切割 .為了留下整齊的割茬，這就要求切割刀刃有一定的切割速度，這樣 莖葉才不會(huì)彎曲。如果由于莖桿剛度較大，而且草的莖桿粗一些，切割速度可以降低一些，但是一般不得低于26m/，一般切割速度達(dá)到 65m/s 完全可以滿足要求 .旋刀式草坪修剪機(jī)的配套動(dòng)力有電動(dòng)機(jī)和汽油機(jī)兩種。電纜供電的割草機(jī) (由電纜或蓄電池供電 )只能在小面積上使用 .而由蓄電他供電的割草機(jī)，因機(jī)器重量較大，且蓄電池需經(jīng)常充電 (一般剪完 650mz 后需進(jìn)行充電 )。在小型割草機(jī)上 ( 下 )常采用電動(dòng)機(jī)作為配套動(dòng)力機(jī) .而在 上的割草機(jī)則多采用汽油機(jī)作為配套動(dòng)力機(jī)。本次采用汽 油機(jī)。 【關(guān)鍵詞】 旋轉(zhuǎn)式 草坪 割草機(jī) 手推 四川大學(xué)錦江學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計(jì)） II Rotary lawn mower design of working device The design of the rotary lawn mower working device has the advantages of simple structure, cheap price, use and maintenance more convenient.
