The desingn and implementation of management information system for shops stock goods ZHANG Cheng zhen (information management and information system, School of information science and technology, Gansu Agricultural University, Gansu Lanzhou, 730070) Abstract: Based on the paper analysis of small shops Invoicing business processes , it puts forward the small store management system of user needs and functional requirements, and with Visual Basic and SQL for the development tool, adopt three layer architecture development of small shops Invoicing management system. The system includes 8 function modules: user management, supplier management, types of goods, purchase management, sales management, inventory management, loss report and statistics system has good security, maintainability, reusability and easy operation. Key words: database。 modity management。 form。 . . 開發(fā)背景 小型商店是我國零售業(yè)的一種重要形態(tài)，為國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展發(fā)揮了重要的作用。但是目前各個城市的小商店仍沿用傳統(tǒng)的人工方式管理商品的模式，人工方式管理商品存在著許多缺點，如商品進、出貨信息的維護和修改繁瑣，收款結(jié)算速度慢，容易出現(xiàn)營業(yè)差錯，不宜進行商品調(diào)價，盤點效率低，商品的進、銷、存等決策以經(jīng)驗為主，缺乏實時分析功能等等，人工方式管理商品給商店的管理者的工作帶來很大的麻煩。 小型商店進銷存管理系統(tǒng)的廣泛使用在歐美等國家已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)，它最主要的特點是能夠?qū)崟r的和準確的控制店內(nèi)的銷售和庫存情況， 可以有效地加速商品的周轉(zhuǎn)率，減輕勞動強度從而提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量。 本系統(tǒng)以采用Ｖ isual
