Partial shipment ( )allowed and cargo can be shipped out no more than ( ) lots. （１０）付款條件（ Terms of Payment）： 買方須于＿＿＿＿前將保兌的、不可撤銷的、可轉(zhuǎn)讓的、可分割的即期付款信用證開(kāi)到賣方，該信用證的有效期延至裝運(yùn)期后 _____天在中國(guó)到期，并必須注明允許分批裝運(yùn)和轉(zhuǎn)船。 By Confirmed, Irrevocable, Transferable and Divisible L/C to be available by sight draft to reach the Seller before______， and to remain valid for negotiation in China until______after the Time of Shipment. The L/C must specify that transshipment and partial shipments are allowed or not. 買方未在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)開(kāi)出信用證，賣方有權(quán)發(fā)出通知取消本合同，或接受買方對(duì)本合同未執(zhí)行的全部或部份，或?qū)σ虼嗽馐艿膿p失提出索賠。 The Buyer shall establish a Letter of Credit before the abovestipulated time, failing which, the Seller shall have the right to rescind this Contract upon the arrival of the notice at Buyer or to accept whole or part of this Contract non fulfilled by the Buyer, or to lodge a claim for the direct losses sustained, if any. （１１）保險(xiǎn)（ Insurance）： 按發(fā)票金額的 110%投保＿＿＿＿＿險(xiǎn)，由＿＿＿＿負(fù)責(zé)投保。 Covering _____ Risks for 110% of Invoice Value to be effected by the ____________. 投保險(xiǎn)別以本售貨合同中所開(kāi)列的為限，買方如要求增加保額或保險(xiǎn)范圍，應(yīng)于裝船前經(jīng)賣方同意，因此而增加的保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)由買方負(fù)責(zé)。 All risks insured should be included within this contract. If the Buyer asks to increase the insurance premium or scope of risks, he should get the permission of the Seller before time of loading, and all the charges thus incurred should be borne by the Buyer. （１２）單據(jù) Documents: 賣方應(yīng)向議付銀行提供已裝船清潔提單、發(fā)票、中國(guó)商品檢驗(yàn) 局或工廠出具的品質(zhì)證明、中國(guó)商品檢驗(yàn)局出具的數(shù)量／重量簽訂書；如果本合同按ＣＩＦ條件，應(yīng)再提供可轉(zhuǎn)讓的保險(xiǎn)單或保險(xiǎn)憑證。 The Sellers shall present to the negotiating bank, Clean On Board Bill of Lading, Invoice, Quality Certificate issued by the China Commodity Inspection Bureau or the Manufacturers, Survey Report on Quantit
