【正文】 CHANGZHOU INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 說 明 書 題目 ： 基于 力控 的變頻恒壓供水系統(tǒng) 設(shè)計 二級學(xué)院（直屬學(xué)部）： 延陵學(xué)院 專業(yè)： 電氣工程及其自動化 班級： 08 電 Y3 學(xué)生姓名： 王冬黎 學(xué)號： 08125429 指導(dǎo)教師姓名： 羅慧芳 職稱： 高級實驗師 評閱教師姓名： 職稱： 20xx 年 6 月 常州工學(xué)院電 子信息與電氣工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 摘要 本文主要闡述變頻恒壓供水系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成及其工作原理。變頻恒壓供水系統(tǒng)能清晰地展現(xiàn)生活供水管網(wǎng)的恒壓供水、以天為周期的定時控制壓力控制、夜間小流量下的生活供水、消防模式下的恒壓供水和帶上位機系統(tǒng)的 PID 控制。 變頻恒壓供水系統(tǒng) 由壓力傳感器、 PLC、變頻器、組態(tài)軟件等構(gòu)成。 了解系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成之后，接下來就分析了基于變頻器和 PLC 的變頻恒壓供水系統(tǒng)運行的全過程。組態(tài)軟件 上的監(jiān)控界面還可以對供水控制進(jìn)行全程監(jiān)控，實現(xiàn)控制系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)整定和狀態(tài)分析。 監(jiān)控界面 使得 變頻恒壓供水系統(tǒng) 的控制變得更加方便。 它是運用變頻調(diào)速技術(shù)的自動化系統(tǒng)。采用變頻恒壓供水系統(tǒng)使得整個建筑物內(nèi)的供水保持壓力恒定，避免使用屋頂水箱造成的水質(zhì)污染。它取代了傳統(tǒng)的屋頂水箱，使建筑受力減少，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，成本降低，節(jié)約電能，縮小占地面積。變頻恒壓供水系統(tǒng)在生活中應(yīng)用很廣泛，在住宅小區(qū)、寫字樓、賓館、飯店、商店、大型超市都可以看見它的身影。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 變頻恒壓； PLC；變頻器 , 力控組態(tài)軟件 常州工學(xué)院電子信息與電氣工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 Abstract This paper mainly talks about the structure and working principle of frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system. Frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system can clearly show constant pressure water supply of the water pipe in life, the control of time and pressure by the cycle of day, water supply at small flow rate at night, constant pressure water supply in fire pattern and the control of PID in PC. The frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system is made up of pressure sensor, PLC, frequency changer, and configuration software. After understanding the structure of the system, the paper next analyzes the whole process of frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system based on both PLC and frequency changer. The monitoring interface in the configuration software can monitor the control of water supply in the whole process, finish the time set and condition analysis. The monitoring interface makes the control of the frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system more convenient. It is an automatic system by using frequency conversion speed regulation technology. Frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system can keep the pressure of the water supply in a building constant, and avoid the pollution of water quality by using the water tank at the roof. It takes place of the custom water tank at the roof to reduce the stress to a building, decrease the cost, save the power, narrow the area covered. Frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system has a wide use in life, you can see it in the residential quarters, office building, hotel, store and shopping mall.
