【正文】 基于單片機智能飲水機溫度控制系統(tǒng) I 基于單片機飲水機溫度控制系統(tǒng) 摘 要 在人們的日常生活之中飲水機發(fā)揮著不可取代的作用,隨著科學技術(shù)的發(fā)展對于溫度的控制也不斷地趨于人性化、智能化。本設(shè)計是飲水機基于單片機的智能溫度控制系統(tǒng),其最終目的是實現(xiàn)對飲水機內(nèi)飲水加熱的溫度可控性。 本設(shè)計以 STC89C52 為核心,通過數(shù)碼管和按鍵來實現(xiàn)飲水機溫度的實時顯示和溫度設(shè)定,從而實現(xiàn)人機對話。采用 DS18B20 來實現(xiàn)對飲水機水溫的采集;光電耦合器 MOC3041 和 可控硅 組成的控制電路 ,以避免加熱電路的通斷對控制電路的影響,提高系統(tǒng)的安全、穩(wěn)定性。 在溫度控制方面采用 PWM 方式進行控制,使得飲水機對溫度的控制更加的精確。 關(guān)鍵詞 : STC89C52; DS18B20; MOC3041;數(shù)碼管 ; PWM II Water Temperature Control System Based On MCU Abstract In People39。s Daily life water fountain plays an irreplaceable role , with the development of science and technology, the control of the temperature also constantly tend to be more humane, intelligent. This design is the water fountain’s intelligent temperature control system based on single chip microputer , the ultimate goal is to realize the temperature controllability of heating the water in the water fountain. This design makes STC89C52 as the core, through the digital tube and the key to achieve the realtime display of temperature and temperature settings of the water fountain, so as to realize the manmachine dialogue. DS18B20 is used to realize to the water fountain’s water temperature acquisition。 the control circuit consists of photoelectric coupler MOC3041 and TRIAC, in order to avoid the heating circuit’s onandoff impacting the control circuit,thus to improve system’s security, stability. Using PWM mode in temperature control, the control mode makes temperature control the water fountain of more accurate.
