【正文】 摘 要 隨著我國人口的快速增長，社區(qū)內(nèi)的人口復(fù)雜程度也日益增加，人口的流動也逐漸頻繁。過去社區(qū)警務(wù)辦公都依靠人工操作來完成社區(qū)居民戶籍記錄、修改等管理操作，以及出警的記錄都要耗費(fèi)大量時間。通過本系統(tǒng)社區(qū)居民可以在線預(yù)約服務(wù)；警務(wù)人員可以方便、靈活地對社區(qū)居民戶籍信息進(jìn)行錄入、查詢、修改和打印報表；同時使警務(wù)人員日常辦公、出警變得更有效率。 論文主要探討“社區(qū)警務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)”的理論基礎(chǔ)和設(shè)計(jì)思想， 根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程和系統(tǒng)的功能實(shí)現(xiàn)為主線來論述數(shù)據(jù)庫管理軟件的開發(fā)過程。主要闡述以軟件工程理論作為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的理論 基礎(chǔ)，以客戶機(jī) /服務(wù)器模式的關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫作為后臺，以專業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)語言作為實(shí)現(xiàn)手段的數(shù)據(jù)庫管理軟件的開發(fā)過程分析和理論研究。 本系統(tǒng)基于 ExtJS 技術(shù)，以 Eclipse 系統(tǒng)開發(fā)平臺為開發(fā)工具，通過后臺 數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立與設(shè)置，軟件界面的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)，程序的編寫與調(diào)試等幾個階段來完成對社區(qū)警務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： MySQL 社區(qū)警務(wù)管理系統(tǒng) ExtJS ABSTRACT With the rapid growth of our population, munity and increasing the population of plexity, the flow of the population are increasingly frequent. The munity policing office relies on manual operation to plete the munity residents of census register management operations, such as record, modify, and a police record must spend a lot of time. Through this system, munity residents can online booking service。 Police officers can be convenient, flexible for munity residents to the household registration information input, query, modify, and print report。 At the same time make the police daily office, a police bee more efficient. Paper mainly discusses the theoretical basis of munity policing management system and the design idea, according to the system development process and the realization of the function of the system as the main line to illustrate the database management software development process. Paper mainly elaborated on the software engineering theory as the theoretical basis for system development, to the client/server model of relational database as the background, to achieve professional database development language as a means of database management software development process analysis and theoretical research. This system based on ExtJS technique, in Eclipse system development platform for the development tools, through backstage database the establishment and set up, at the design and implementation, the writing of the program and debug and so on several stages to plete the development of munity policing management system.
