【正文】 ****大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計 9 交通違章圖片信息處理與管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 摘要 我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的日益發(fā)展，使得人民的生活水平發(fā)生了天翻地覆的變化。人們追求著高速、快節(jié)奏的生活，在選擇出行時，汽車當(dāng)仁不讓地成為首選。而近幾年，道路上的車輛，尤其是私家車，其數(shù)量急劇攀升，人們在享受車輛帶來的便利的同時，也被屢見不鮮的交通違章現(xiàn)象所困擾。此時，僅靠交警察以人力監(jiān)管交通已經(jīng)不能夠適應(yīng)目前的交通狀況，所以“電子警察”監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。 “電子警察”監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的后臺管理，包括 車牌自動識別和交通違章信息管理平臺 。本課題描述了車牌自動識別技術(shù)的原理，開發(fā)出了違章信息管 理平臺，即交通違章信息管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)既提供給交通管理人員一個管理違章信息的平臺，同時也提供給駕駛員一個查詢違章記錄的渠道。該系統(tǒng)具有放大、縮小違章圖片，以及統(tǒng)計、打印違章記錄等功能，滿足用戶多方位的需求。 系統(tǒng)開發(fā)采用 Microsoft 公司的 Visual FoxPro ， 利用其強(qiáng)大的可視化界面功能以及對數(shù)據(jù)庫的支持，分模塊對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行功能設(shè)計，最終滿足需求。其界面友好，功能較強(qiáng)。 關(guān)鍵字：管理系統(tǒng)；違章信息； Visual FoxPro；車牌識別 ****大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計 10 The Design of Traffic violation picture information processing and management system Abstract China39。s economic development made the living standards of the people earthshaking changes. People who pursuit highspeed and fastpaced life would like the car to be preferred vehicle. But in recent years, the number of road vehicles especially of the private cars rose sharply. People enjoy the convenience brought by vehicles, and also be bothered by the phenomenon of traffic violations. Till now, traffic supervision only by human has not been able to adapt to current traffic, so electronic police surveillance system came into being. The background management of the electronic police surveillance system includes license plate autorecognition system and the traffic violation information management platform. This subject describes the principle of license plate autorecognition technology, and develops the information management platform, which namely is the traffic violations information management system. The system not only provides a traffic violations information management information platform to the traffic management personnel, and also provides driver a way to inquiry traffic violations information. This system has the function of enlarge and narrow traffic violations images, statistics, print traffic violations information and so on. This system can satisfy customer multidimensional demand. This system is developed by using Visual FoxPro developed of Microsoft pany. We using its powerful visual interface function and the database support function designed the system by dividing it into modules, and finally meet the demand. The system has friendly interface and stronger function.
