I 摘 要 1,3丙二醇 又名尼龍酸,是己二酸生產(chǎn)過(guò)程產(chǎn)生的副產(chǎn)物,僅國(guó)內(nèi)己二酸生產(chǎn)企業(yè)每年就副產(chǎn)混合二元酸 4060萬(wàn)噸。由于其含雜質(zhì)、水分多,顏色呈綠色或黃褐色,難以利用。國(guó)外一般將其送進(jìn)污水處理裝置作焚燒或填埋處理;國(guó)內(nèi)有采用重結(jié)晶法回收,但回收率低于 60%,廢水量較大,不僅對(duì)環(huán)境造成污染,而且也造成資源的浪費(fèi)。 為了物盡其用, 本文 開(kāi)展了應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ) 研究 以 C4C6混合二元酸為原料、對(duì)甲苯磺酸為催化劑,制備混合二元酸二甲酯,并利用減壓精餾得到純凈的二甲酯。實(shí)驗(yàn)中考查了各種反應(yīng)的影響因素,并利用制備的混合二甲酸 二甲酯與異辛醇進(jìn)行酯交換制備混合二元酸二異辛酯。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 甲醇羰基化 ; 1,3丙二醇 ;酯交換;混合二元酸二甲酯 Abstract Mixed dibasic acid (DBA), also known as nylon acid, adipic acid production process byproducts, only domestic producers of adipic acid byproduct mixture in each of dicarboxylic acid 4060 million tons. In order to make the best use, this application of basic research carried out to C4C6 dicarboxylic acid as raw material mixture, ptoluenesulfonic acid as catalyst, prepared by mixing two yuan acid ester, and the use of vacuum distillation to get pure dimethyl ester. Experiment examined the response of various factors, and use a mixture of dimethyl ester prepared with different octanol prepared by mixing two yuan for transesterification ethylhexyl sebacate. According to the experimental data show that, by esterification of dicarboxylic acid mixture separation process route is feasible. Esterification of the appropriate reaction conditions: reaction time , alkyd molar ratio of 6:1, % mixed acid catalyst, in this condition, binary acid ester yield of 89%. Esters derived from crude esterification can be carried out under the pressure of 40mmHg vacu esterification can be effectively separated mixed dicarboxylic acid.
