西安石油大學本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 靖邊采油廠八號聯(lián)合站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 摘 要: 聯(lián)合站的正常運轉(zhuǎn)對站內(nèi)的安全生產(chǎn)過程、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及經(jīng)濟效益具有重要的意義,同時對來油的計量站與接轉(zhuǎn)站的正常運行也有重大影響。 本文 以 靖邊采油廠八號 聯(lián)合站的實際情況 為背景 , 介紹了 課題 的來源和聯(lián)合站 監(jiān)控系統(tǒng) 的國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對聯(lián)合站進行了工藝分析 ,對控制方案進行了討論, 研究了 硬件的實現(xiàn)和軟件的實現(xiàn),其中 采用 工業(yè)自動化組態(tài)軟件 —組態(tài)王 ,結(jié)合傳感器技術(shù)、 PLC技術(shù)、通訊技術(shù)和計算機監(jiān)控技術(shù)構(gòu)建 計算機 監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)具有現(xiàn)場信號采集、參數(shù)實時與歷史趨勢顯示、參數(shù)與事件報 警、現(xiàn)場工況動態(tài)顯示等功能 。 能對各種監(jiān)控參數(shù)進行動態(tài)管理和報表自動生成、查詢及打印,基本上滿足了用戶的需求。 本系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了 靖邊采油廠八號 聯(lián)合站的實時監(jiān)督與動態(tài)控制,提高了聯(lián)合站的自動化監(jiān)控水平, 減小了職工的勞動強度,消除生產(chǎn)安全隱患,保證生產(chǎn)過程安全可靠運行。還提高了聯(lián)合站的生產(chǎn)效率和經(jīng)濟效益。 關(guān)鍵詞: 聯(lián)合站; 監(jiān)控系統(tǒng); PLC;智能模塊;組態(tài)王 西安石油大學本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) Design of Central Gathering Stations Monitoring System of JingBian Abstract: The normal work of the central gathering stations is significance to the station safety in production process, the product quality and the economic efficiency, and is significant influence to the normal operation of the oil metering station and pumping station. This article bases on JingBian’s central gathering stations’ background, introducing the origin of the topic and development situation of the central gathering stations in domestic and foreign and analysis the craft of central gathering stations, discussing the control plan, the hardware and the software realization. The system’s software is Kingview ,including the union sensor technology, the PLC technology, the munication technology and the puter monitoring technology .This system has signal gathered, parameter realtime and historical tendency demonstration, the parameter and the event report to the alarm , scene operating mode dynamic demonstration function. The system meets the user need. This system realizes the supervisory and the dynamic control of the JingBian’s central gathering stations, raising the automated monitoring level of central gathering stations, reducing the intensity, eliminating the danger which can guarantee the production process ran safely and reliably. It also has improved the production efficiency and the economic efficiency of the central dehydration stations.
