【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論文 ) 課 題 名 稱 年產(chǎn) 1萬噸合成氨 — 飽和熱水塔的初步設(shè)計 學 生 姓 名 郭 安 學 號 0740920219 系、年級專業(yè) 生 物與化學工程系 07 級化學工程與工藝 指 導 教 師 鄧 新 華 職 稱 副 教 授 年 月 日 I 年產(chǎn) 1 萬噸合成氨 — 飽和熱水塔的初步設(shè)計 邵陽學院 生物與化學工程系 07 級化學工程與工藝 郭安 摘 要 合成氨生產(chǎn)過程中，飽和熱水塔是回收變換系統(tǒng)熱量的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備，對降低蒸汽消耗起著重大的作用。 熱水塔 變換氣 進氣溫度為 107℃，出氣溫度為 ℃。變換氣 在熱水塔中將熱量傳遞給熱水， 將熱水塔里的水加熱 到 ℃左右 ， 熱水塔的水通過泵送到加熱器加熱， 被加熱的水在飽和塔中再將熱量傳遞給半 水煤氣。半水煤氣在飽和塔中與熱水逆流接觸，同時進行熱量和質(zhì)量的傳遞，使半水煤氣的含濕量不斷提高。使脫硫塔出來的半水煤氣從 35℃上升到 113℃， 最后半水煤氣送到變換器。 出塔半水煤氣溫度越高，則其夾 帶的水蒸汽量愈多，也就是回收的蒸汽量愈多，可以節(jié)省補充蒸汽量。 不論用何種塔型，目標是 使 進飽和塔的熱水與出塔的半水煤氣之 間溫差 和阻力都要小，按照小氮肥工藝設(shè)計要求溫差為 3~8℃。 關(guān)鍵詞 :合成氨 。飽和熱水塔 。半水煤氣， II Aabstract In the process of ammonia production, saturated hot water tower is the key equipment to recycle transformation system heat and plays a significant role in reducing steam inlet temperature of hot water tower shift gas is 107 176。 c, and the out temperature is ℃ . No matter using what kind of tower, The Goal is to make the hot water into the saturated tower and out of dawsom gas 39。temperature and resistance are small. According to the small nitrogenous fertilizer processes the design requirements temperature is 3 ~ 8 ℃ .
