【正文】 實用高保真 D 類 低頻功率放大器 設(shè)計 學生姓名: 王朝陽 學生學號: 080102402 院(系): 機電工程 學院 年級專業(yè): 應(yīng)用電子 指導(dǎo)教師: 王春霞 二 〇 一 〇年 十一 月機電工程學院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論文) 摘 要 I 摘 要 本 設(shè)計 的基本內(nèi)容是設(shè)計一個高保真功率放大器,包括闡述它的功能原理及應(yīng)用,而功率放大器又分模擬式和數(shù)字式兩種,由于數(shù)字式 D類 功率放大器具有前沿性和高 效性 ,操作簡單,并且越來越多的新技術(shù)被運 用于高保真 數(shù)字 功率放大器,所以高保真 數(shù)字 功率放大器將會是今后功率放大器發(fā)展的趨勢,因此本課題將主要設(shè)計一款高保真 數(shù)字 功率放大器。 由于 D 類音頻功率放大器與傳統(tǒng)的模擬功放相比,具有體積小,效率高,低失真,大功率的特點所以具有廣闊的發(fā)展前景。 D類音頻功率放大器,由脈寬調(diào)制電路、驅(qū)動電路、功率輸出電路、濾波電路四部分構(gòu)成。在本文里,對放大器的各個模塊 ( 包括放大電路、比較器電路、三角波產(chǎn)生電路、驅(qū)動電路、功率輸出級電路、過流保護電路、過溫保護電路、欠壓保護電路、檢測和關(guān)斷模式控制電路、接口電路等 ) 進行了設(shè)計 。 本文首先介紹了聲音的基本特性、音響放大器的技術(shù)指標、放大器分類和 D類放大器的工作原理,接著對 D類音頻放大器電路的各個模塊進行了電路設(shè)計及測試 ,并完成了數(shù)字音頻功放的 仿真 測試工作。 關(guān)鍵詞 : D類放大器 , 脈寬調(diào)制 , 驅(qū)動 , 功率輸出級機電工程學院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論文) ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT The basic content of this paper is to design a high fidelity power amplifier, and describe the function principle and application of the amplifier. Power amplifier includes analog module and digital module. The digital Class D power amplifier has frontier performance and high effectivity, and is easy to operate. And more and more new technologies have been applied to highfidelity digital power amplifier. Therefore, highfidelity digital power amplifier will be the future developing trend of the power amplifier. Then, the main topic designs a highfidelity digital power amplifier. Compared with the analog power amplifier, Class D audio power amplifier has a small size, high efficiency, low distortion and highpower. Therefore, it has broad prospects for development. ClassD Audio Power Amplifier is made up of the PWM circuit, driving circuit, power output circuit and the filter circuit. This paper designs each modules for the amplifier, which include amplifier circuit, pare circuit, the circuit for generating triangular wave, driving circuit, power output circuit, overcurrent protection circuit, overtemperature protection circuit, undervoltage protection circuit, testing and turnoff mode control circuit, interface circuit and so on. At first, this paper introduces the basic characteristics of the voice, the technology indicators for the audio amplifier, amplifiers classification and the principle for the ClassD amplifiers. Then acplish the circuit design and test for each module of the ClassD audio amplifier. And plete simulation testing for Digital Audio Power Amplifier.
