Meanwhile, many foreign jewelry brands enter China’s market one after another. In order to better adapt to the petitive market, to realize a flexible marketing strategy, to provide high quality service to client, and also to optimize the equipment and resources in a ma ximum way and minimize the operation cost so to enhance enterprise’s core petitiveness, we need to design a professional management software for jewelry trade. Aim at most Jewelry software in the industry use C/S structure, installation problems, high maintenance cost, and difficulties in upgrading, the system conform to the current software industry trends, uses B/S structure that is easy to maintain and expand the architecture. This system uses application as a starting point, bases on the needs of SMEs, is a collection of buyingstockingselling system, enterprise resource planning (ERP) system as one of the online office system. The system contains the management of product, purchasing, reimbursement, storage, transfer, storage warning, order, custom, production, return materials, maintenance, statistical reports, staff appraisal, points, attendance, customer, branch and so on. The system covers the core business of jewelry industry, eases the employees from the plex daily works, which really improve the employees’ efficiency. Though analysis and selection, the system uses B/S structure and threetier model, uses (C) language, using Visual Studio 2020 development tools, uses SQL Server 2020 as database.
