陜西工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論文 )任務(wù)書 設(shè)計(論文)題目 : 圓弧螺紋組合件數(shù)控車床零件加工工藝分析及編程 題目下達日期: 20xx 年 4 月 10 日 開 始 日 期: 年 月 日 完 成 日 期: 年 月 日 指 導(dǎo) 教 師: 崔 靜 專 業(yè): 數(shù)控技術(shù) 班 級: 數(shù)控 1203 學(xué) 生 姓 名: 常小賓 吳宏勃 教研室主任: 數(shù)控 工程 學(xué)院 1 圓弧螺紋 組合件數(shù)控車床零件加工工藝分析及編程 摘 要 數(shù)控車床是目前使用最廣泛的數(shù)控機床之一,數(shù)控車床主要用于加工軸類、盤類等回轉(zhuǎn)體零件,能自動完成內(nèi)外圓柱面、圓錐面、圓弧面或非圓弧曲線輪廓面、端面和螺紋等工序的切削加工,并能進行車槽、切斷、鉆孔、擴孔、鉸孔和鏜孔等工序的加工,車削中心可在一次裝夾中完成更多的加工工序,提高加工精度和生產(chǎn)效率,特別適合于復(fù)雜形狀回轉(zhuǎn)類零件的加 工。本文根據(jù)數(shù)控機床的特點,利用德國 Sinumerik802s 系統(tǒng),對圓弧和螺紋零件進行插補、參數(shù)計算、程序跳轉(zhuǎn)、固定循環(huán)及輪廓編程等功能,來完成較為 復(fù)雜工件的加工,著重從解決圓弧和螺紋零件數(shù)控編程與加工進行探 討。 首先,我積極地查閱相關(guān)資料,對零件圖進行了仔細的研究,了解了現(xiàn)場工作情況,然后,向老師認真的請教了加工工藝過程及方法等技術(shù)性問題,為自己進行畢業(yè)設(shè)計做好準(zhǔn)備。通過以上學(xué)習(xí),使我了解了本組零件的結(jié)構(gòu),生產(chǎn)綱領(lǐng)和生產(chǎn)條件,并確定其重要加工表面。老師的輔導(dǎo)與分析,讓我能綜合運用所學(xué)過的理論知識和方法 ,正確地制定一個零件的機械加工工藝規(guī)程,從而保證零件的加工質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)率和經(jīng)濟性;能較熟練地使用有關(guān)的手冊,圖表資料及技術(shù)參考書,也能夠較熟練應(yīng)用工藝計算的方法,正確地進行工藝計算,熟練掌握一般零件的數(shù)控編程方法,機床的操作以及零件的數(shù)控加工。最后說明書來闡述了關(guān)于零件的有關(guān)內(nèi)容及加工工藝過程等幾個重要方面,認真地完成了整個設(shè)計的過程。 2 關(guān)鍵字: 零件的分析 , 毛坯 , 工藝 ,編程 THE ARC THREAD ASSEMBLIES ANALYSIS PARTS MACHINING TECHNOLOGY AND PROGRAMMING OF NC LATHE ABSTRACT Graduation design is the culture we have practical work last important practical learning link, it not only to our three years of study and practice is a good summary and the test, is engaged in professional and technical work after a powerful matting.
