【正文】 二手房中介管理系統(tǒng) 【摘要】 隨著信息自動化處理技術(shù)的日益發(fā)展，如何科學，全面，高效的對單位紛繁復雜的檔案管理事務(wù)進行計算機的自動化管理是個熱門話題，當前企事業(yè)單位為了提升自身的競爭力，各單位都在定制和購買各項業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用軟件，運用高科技手段進行科學，規(guī)范的管理。作 為二手房中介公司的管理者，希望能夠?qū)Χ址恐薪槭聞?wù)管理的整個流程狀態(tài)，信息資料的情況了如指掌，使其可以做出科學的決策。作為工作人員期望能夠避免繁瑣的手工操作，甩掉傳統(tǒng)的手工記錄方式，達到事半功倍的效果。一個能夠使其實現(xiàn)管理系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)范化、自動化的計算機系統(tǒng)就顯得很有必要。利用計算機技術(shù) ,實現(xiàn)管理系的自動化 ,規(guī)范化就是這個問題最好的解決方法 。 論文主要探討 “ 二手房中介管理系統(tǒng) ” 的理論基礎(chǔ)和設(shè)計思想，根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程和系統(tǒng)的功能實現(xiàn)為主線來論述數(shù)據(jù)庫管理軟件的開發(fā)過程。主要闡述以軟件工程理論作為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的理論 基礎(chǔ)，以客戶機 /服務(wù)器模式的關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫作為后臺，以專業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)語言作為實現(xiàn)手段的數(shù)據(jù)庫管理軟件的開發(fā)過程分析和理論研究。 本系統(tǒng)以 JSP 和 SQL 為開發(fā)工具，通過后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立與設(shè)置，軟件界面的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)，程序的編寫與調(diào)試等幾個階段來完成對 二手房中介管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。 本論文詳細地介紹了開發(fā)系統(tǒng)的具體步驟，以及應(yīng)用的技術(shù)，以配圖例的方式詳盡說明，并在文中對一些源程序作了詳細的解釋 。 【關(guān)鍵詞】 數(shù)據(jù)庫 管理軟件 二手房中介管理 查詢 House Agency Soft 【 Abstract】 As the basic tool of information age, puter has been widely used in every part of modern life. With the increasing demands of IT specialist by the society, puter software ability examinations grow too. The application of “House Agency Management Information System” can greatly reduce registrants39。 workload , the high error rates caused by handwork and avoid unnecessary repeating work. All these can make the register and statistic more convenient ,fast and efficient。 This dissertation mainly discussed the basic theory and designation of “House Agency Management Information System”, and the developing procedure according to system developing procedure and function realization. The essay also mentioned database management software39。s developing procedure analyse and theory study by using software project theory as the theoretic basis of system developing , the C/S model relating database as the background and the professional database as the developing language applying method. This System uses JSP and Microsoft accsse2020 as developing kit. By building and setting up background database, designing and applying software interface, programme writing and debugging, developed “House Agency Management Information System”.
