Hydrogen fuelcell vehicle with is highly efficient and clean has been one kind of the alternativefuel vehicles, to protect the natural environment and to reduce the consumption of the oil resource, many fields from government to industry as well as academic field are active in the research and development on the Hydrogen fuelcell vehicle which can speed up the utilization of the Hydrogen fuelcell vehicle. As a clean and highly efficient power generation technology, the Hydrogen fuelcell vehicle is expected to be the vehicle’s power equipment in the next generation. The Hydrogen fuelcell and electric vehicle which integrates many kind of hightech including machinery, electronics, energy, puters, automobiles and Information Technology is a typical hightech product, with the rapid development of mechanical and electrical technology, putercontrolled technology, electrical chemistry technology and material technology , the Hydrogen fuelcell vehicle will make breakthrough progress in many respects, such as manufacture, development, industrialization and mercialization, etc. In the near future, the Hydrogen fuelcell vehicle will bee the main trend technology and the green traffic tool in the 21st century.
