【正文】 河 南 理 工 大 學(xué) 2020 屆 本 科 本 科 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 (論 .文 ) 第 1 頁 摘 要 本 設(shè)計 的 井田面積 為 平方千米，年產(chǎn)量 45 萬噸。井田內(nèi)煤層賦存 比較 穩(wěn)定，煤層傾角 28，平均煤厚 ，整體地質(zhì) 條件 比較 簡單，在井田范圍 東 部 和中央 均有 斷層發(fā)育。沼氣和二氧化碳含量 相對不高 ，涌水量 也不大 。根據(jù)實際 的 地質(zhì)資料情況進(jìn)行井田開拓和準(zhǔn)備方式的初步設(shè)計， 該 礦井 決定采用立井 家暗斜井二水平 開采 ， 設(shè)計采用 爆破采煤 一次采全高回采工藝， 走向 長壁采煤法，用全部跨落法處理采空區(qū)。 并對礦井運輸、礦井提升、礦井排水和礦井通風(fēng)等 各個 生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備選型計算，以及對礦井安全技術(shù)措施和環(huán)境保護(hù)提出要求，完成整個礦井的 初步設(shè)計。礦井全部實現(xiàn)機械化，采用先進(jìn)技術(shù)和借鑒已實現(xiàn)高產(chǎn)高效現(xiàn)代化礦井的經(jīng)驗，實現(xiàn)一礦一面高產(chǎn)高效礦井從而達(dá)到良好 的 經(jīng)濟效益 和社會效益 。 關(guān)鍵詞：立井、傾斜長壁、一次采全高、 爆破采煤 、高產(chǎn)高效 全套圖紙，加 153893706 河 南 理 工 大 學(xué) 2020 屆 本 科 本 科 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 (論 .文 ) 第 2 頁 Abstract This design well field area is square kilometers, the annualoutput 450,000 tons. Carries on the well fielddevelopment and the standby mode preliminary design according to theactual geological data situation, this mine pit decided uses verticalshaft inside slope two levels mining, the design uses the demolitionto mine coal time picks entire Gao Huicai the craft, moves towards thelong wall mining coal method, with all cross falls law processing topick the depletion region. And to the mine pit transportation, the mine hoist, the mine pitdrains water and ventilates and so on each production system theequipment shaping putation, as well as sets the request to the minepit security technology measure and the environmental protection,pletes the entire mine pit the preliminary design. The mine pitpletely realizes the mechanization, uses the advanced technologyand the model has realized the high production highly effectivemodernization mine pit experience, realizes an ore high productionhighly effective mine pit thus to achieve the good economic efficiencyand the social efficiency at the same time.
