【正文】 安徽工程大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) I 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 m3攪拌反應(yīng)釜設(shè)計 摘 要 本文設(shè)計的攪拌設(shè)備是攪拌反應(yīng)釜,反應(yīng)釜的結(jié)構(gòu)采用夾套式。內(nèi)筒介質(zhì)是染料及有機溶劑,設(shè)計壓力為 ;夾套內(nèi)介質(zhì)為冷卻水或蒸汽,設(shè)計壓力為 ;主體材質(zhì)為 Q345R,攪拌速度為 50r/min,反應(yīng)釜體積為 ,操作體積為 ,軸功率為 。 攪拌 反應(yīng)釜主要由筒體和夾套組成,多為中、低壓壓力容器;攪拌裝置由攪拌器和攪拌軸組成;傳動裝置是為攪拌裝置設(shè)置的,主要由電動機、減速器、聯(lián)軸器和傳動軸等組成;軸封裝置為動密封,一般采用機械密封 或填料密封;它們與支座、人孔、工藝接管等附件一起,構(gòu)成完整的攪拌反應(yīng)釜。 設(shè)計方法采用壓力容器常規(guī)設(shè)計方法,遵循《化工設(shè)備》要求,按照 GB15098《鋼制壓力容器》等技術(shù)法規(guī)執(zhí)行,設(shè)計內(nèi)容主要包括釜體(內(nèi)筒與夾套)強度、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、校核和水壓試驗;攪拌裝置設(shè)計與校核;傳動裝置設(shè)計以及反應(yīng)釜其他零部件設(shè)計等。 反應(yīng)釜作為攪拌設(shè)備的一種,其應(yīng)用前景廣泛,尤其在石油與化工行業(yè)中更是得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。 關(guān)鍵詞 反應(yīng)釜;釜體;攪拌裝置;傳動裝置;附件 陳剛: II Abstract This design of mixing equipment is stirred tank reactor with jacket.
