【正文】 常州工學(xué)院電子信息與電氣工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 CHANGZHOU INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 說 明 書 題目 : 基于鉛酸電池電極鑄焊設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 二級(jí)學(xué)院: 延陵學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 電氣工程及其自動(dòng)化 班級(jí): 09 電 Y4 學(xué)生姓名: 陳奕均 學(xué)號(hào): 09125504 指導(dǎo)教師: 過軍 職稱: 副教授 評(píng)閱教師: 職稱: 2020 年 6 月 SJ0061 常州工學(xué)院電子信息與電氣工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明 摘要 鉛酸電池電極鑄造是可完成蓄電池制造的加工設(shè)備,無論是在交通、通信、電力、軍事還是在航海、航空各個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域,鉛酸蓄電池 都起到了不可缺少的重要作用。傳統(tǒng)的鉛酸電池電極鑄造采用機(jī)械傳動(dòng)作為控制核心,但受到不同環(huán)境的差異以及機(jī)械元器件的壽命和靈敏可靠性的一系列問題,所以很難保證蓄電池的質(zhì)量以及生產(chǎn)的效率,因此需要通過一種更可靠的控制系統(tǒng)以及新的流程來解決傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械傳統(tǒng)中所暴露出等等問題,大大的化解龐大系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜度,新型的控制很多,本設(shè)計(jì)主要提到單片機(jī)、 PLC 這兩種可編程控制系統(tǒng),目前這兩種方式在各大產(chǎn)業(yè)中使用,具有可靠性高、編程簡(jiǎn)單、能耗低、功能強(qiáng)調(diào)試方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本次設(shè)計(jì)的鉛酸電池電極鑄造控制設(shè)備是基于以上可編程控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的并采 用人機(jī)交互,并重點(diǎn)闡述了該系統(tǒng)的硬件、軟件的設(shè)計(jì)方法,經(jīng)過簡(jiǎn)單的運(yùn)行實(shí)踐表面利用新型控制系統(tǒng)可靠性和實(shí)用性良好,完全滿足系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)要求,取得了預(yù)期良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益 關(guān)鍵字 :鉛酸電池電極;可編程控制器;人機(jī)交互; 常州工學(xué)院電子信息與電氣工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 Abstract Manufacturing of lead acid battery electrode is a kind of processing equipment of fabricating storage battery, and lead acid battery plays an important role in many areas such as transportation, correspondence, electricity, military, navigation and aviation. The traditional manufacturing method is making use of mechanical drive as the core of control, however, the quality of storage battery and production efficiency cannot be guaranteed because of different conditions and life span and sensitivity of mechanical ponents, as a result, a new kind of control system and process are needed to solve the problems which are revealed in traditional machinery and thus resolve the plexity of the system. The new control methods are various, this design concludes two programmable control systems which are microcontroller and PLC. Nowadays, the two systems are used in major industries, which are reliable, simple, lowefficient, good function and easy debugging. The design is based on the programmable control system and emphasizes on the design methods of hardware and software in this system. Through a trial operation, it demonstrates that the system is reliable and practical, which meets the design requirements and achieve good economic benefit.
