【正文】 三 江 學(xué) 院 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 題 目 高速平面研磨機(jī)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 高職院 院（系） 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 專(zhuān)業(yè) 學(xué)生姓名 常芷銘 學(xué)號(hào) G095152020 指導(dǎo)教師 沈仙法 職稱(chēng) 講師 指導(dǎo)教師工作單位 三江學(xué)院 起訖日期 ～ 摘 要 高速研磨技術(shù)是一種既能保證研磨加工精度和加工質(zhì)量，又能顯著提高研磨加工效率，降低加工成本的新研磨加工先進(jìn)技術(shù)。本設(shè)計(jì)是根據(jù)目前研磨加工現(xiàn)狀，重點(diǎn)采用固著磨料高速研磨方法，設(shè)計(jì)了平面高速研磨機(jī)，這大大地提高了研磨加工精度、加工質(zhì)量、加工效率及精度的穩(wěn)定性，并且有效地降低了加工成本。本文主要設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容如下 :開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)平面高速研磨機(jī)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)及其工作原理 ,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)；進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)； 平面高速研磨機(jī)固著磨料高速研磨對(duì)工件表面性能 的影響分析 ,主要探討固著磨料高速研磨中一些研磨參數(shù)對(duì)工件表面性能 ,如粗糙度、硬度、耐磨性、耐腐蝕性等的影響關(guān)系。 通過(guò)此次設(shè)計(jì)，真正熟悉高速研 磨技術(shù) 內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)及其 工作原理 ，把所學(xué)的知識(shí)運(yùn)用到生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中去。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：高速；研磨機(jī)；機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu) ABSTRACT Highspeed grinding technology is a kind of grinding machining precision and machining quality can be ensured, and can significantly improve the efficiency of grinding process, reduce the processing cost of the new grinding processing of advanced technology.
