【正文】 電子產(chǎn)品制造業(yè)中小型生產(chǎn)空間 消防系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 為了解決電子科技 潔凈 廠房或存儲(chǔ)空間內(nèi)發(fā)生火災(zāi)時(shí)因建筑物內(nèi)本質(zhì)消防安全系統(tǒng)不合理或者存在漏洞、應(yīng)急滅火不及時(shí) ,給企業(yè)造成生命財(cái)產(chǎn)的重大損失問(wèn)題。 綜合考慮潔凈廠房設(shè)備昂貴，科技元素高，火災(zāi)撲滅難度大，一般探測(cè)器，自動(dòng)滅火設(shè)備不能有效滅火等因素 運(yùn)用調(diào)查法、文 獻(xiàn) 資料法，計(jì)算法，幾何作圖法 ,參考《建筑設(shè)計(jì) 防火規(guī)范 規(guī)范》 、《火災(zāi)自動(dòng)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》 等法律法規(guī)要求，進(jìn)行科學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)的、安全系數(shù)更高的消防系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)，確保生產(chǎn)間內(nèi)該系統(tǒng)能夠控制火災(zāi)災(zāi)情擴(kuò)大蔓延達(dá)到及時(shí)高效完全撲 滅的目的。 本設(shè)計(jì)主要以潔凈室內(nèi)火災(zāi)自動(dòng)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)滅火系統(tǒng)，聯(lián)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)三個(gè)方面，對(duì)于總消防系統(tǒng)做出設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 潔凈室 空氣采樣式感煙探測(cè)器 高壓細(xì)水霧自動(dòng)滅火裝置 水力管徑計(jì)算 系統(tǒng)布置。 Fire System Design for Small and Medium Sized Electronic Products Manufacturing Space ABSTRACT In order to solve the electronic technology clean plant or storage space within the building fire occurs due to the nature of fire safety system sun reasonable or loopholes, emergency firefighting is not timely, to the enterprise caused significant loss of life and property issues. Considering clean plant equipment is expensive, hightechnology elements, fire suppression difficult, general detectors,automatic fire extinguishing equipment and other factors can not be effectively applied investigation, literature, calculation, geometry mapping method, refer to the Building Fire specifications Specification , automatic fire alarm system design and other laws and regulations, scientific economy, higher safety factor for fire system design, to ensure the production space of the system is able to control the spread of fire disaster to expand to achieve the purpose of timely and efficient pletely extinguished . This design mainly in the clean room automatic fire alarm system, automatic fire extinguishing system, linkage control system three aspects make the total fire protection system design.
