第 i 頁 玉米秸稈生物燃料機械壓力機設計 摘要 本文 主 要涉及玉米秸稈的轉化利用,通過分析國內外目前對這一課題的研究狀況 ,比較玉米秸稈轉化為能源的各種途徑方法,及其 前景和目前投入生產的主要瓶頸,進而 結合本專業(yè) 所學知識,設計一臺機械壓力機,以期完成玉米秸稈的能源化利用。 曲柄壓力機是以曲柄傳動的鍛壓機械,適用于板料的沖孔、落料 、 彎曲、線拉伸及成型等工作。 若裝上自動送料機構,則可以推行半自動沖壓工作。此次設計包括傳動方案的 確定,壓力機主要尺寸參數(shù)的確定,電動機的選擇以及各主要零部件的 設計計算。 最后,對成型所用模具的設 計進行了簡單介紹,并給出成型產品的尺寸參數(shù)。 [關鍵詞 ]: 玉米秸稈;能源;曲柄壓力機; 第 ii 頁 Abstract This text is mainly about the utilization of corn straw, and through the analysis of domestic and foreign research on this topic and the parison of their prospects and the main bottleneck in practice, a mechanical press is designed by using our professional knowledge, in order to make the corn straw into energy. Crank press is a metal forming machinery which is driven by crank, and it applies to sheetmetal punching, blanking, blending, drawing, metal forming etc. If crank press is equipped with automatic feed mechanism, it can implement semiautomatic punching. This article describes the determination of transmission scheme and the main dimensions in the press, the motor selection and the design and calculation of main ponents. At the end of this text, the design of forming die is introduced briefly, then the dimension on the production is listed.
