【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 題目 風(fēng)冷式電力變壓器溫度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 系 別 電氣工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 電力系統(tǒng)自動化技術(shù)(風(fēng)動) 班 級 風(fēng)能 11 姓 名 李德生 學(xué) 號 202102105113 指導(dǎo)教師(職稱) 郭志成(助教) 日 期 2021 年 2 月 28日 蘭州工業(yè)學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文 I 摘 要 電力變壓器是電力系統(tǒng)中的重要設(shè)備。為了保護變壓器,保障供電系統(tǒng)的安全,可靠運行,需要對變壓器的溫度進行監(jiān)控,高壓時報警,超溫時跳閘。由于在傳統(tǒng)的控制系統(tǒng)中存在的風(fēng)機保護方式簡單、電力變壓器容量相差大、測量參數(shù)不精確、冷卻方式不同、負載大小以及運行環(huán)境不同,設(shè)計了一套智能化變壓器溫度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。智能變壓器溫度控制器是以 MCU為核心,采用 PT100 傳感器,將其直接埋入變壓器線組內(nèi),對三相溫度進行測量和控制。實現(xiàn)了對變壓器油溫的實 時采集、 LED 顯示、數(shù)據(jù)無線傳輸,并參考油溫變化對風(fēng)機的運行狀況進行實時控制。當(dāng)風(fēng)機有故障時,控制器還可以發(fā)出故障報警信號和保護信號,以確保變壓器和其他設(shè)備的安全運行。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 單片機;變壓器冷卻系統(tǒng);風(fēng)機故障;油溫采集 蘭州工業(yè)學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文 II Abstract Power transformer is the important equipment in power order to protect the transformer, to ensure the safety of the power supply system, reliable operation, the need to monitor the temperature of the transformer, high voltage alarm, tripping over to exist in the traditional control system of simple, electric power transformer capacity differ big fan protection way, measurement parameters is not accurate, cooling way different, and the size of the load, and running environment, design a set of intelligent transformer temperature monitoring transformer temperature controller based on MCU as the core, using PT100 sensors, the direct embedment in transformer windings, the temperature measurement and control of of transformer oil temperature collection, LED display, data wireless transmission, realtime and refer to the oil temperature realtime control on the operation condition of the the fan is faulty, the controller can also signal fault alarm and protection, in order to ensure the safe operation of the transformer and other equipment.
