湖南科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) i 摘 要 新化市位于湖南中部,資水中游,雪峰山東南麓。污水廠待處理水量大,日處理規(guī)模為污水 100000m3 /d,規(guī)劃占地面積 公項(xiàng)。 現(xiàn)階段排放污水中以生活污水為主,工業(yè)廢水占很小比例。本工程進(jìn)水水質(zhì)主要指標(biāo)為 COD=450mg/L, BOD5 濃度 S0=260 mg/L, TSS 濃度 X0=260 mg/L, VSS=200 mg/L, MLSS/MLSS=, pH=7~8,平均水溫在 20℃ 左右。出水水質(zhì)主要指標(biāo)為COD=100mg/L, BOD5 濃度 Se=30mg/L, TSS 濃度 Xe=25 mg/L。對(duì) BOD COD、 SS的去除率要求分別達(dá)到 %、 %、 %以上。根據(jù)污水水質(zhì)特點(diǎn)及排放要求,本污水廠的污水處理工藝選擇充分考慮污水量和污水水質(zhì)及經(jīng)濟(jì)條件和管理水平,優(yōu)先選用技術(shù)先進(jìn)、安全可靠、低能耗、低投入、少占地和操作管理方便的成熟處理工藝。本工程擬采用的工藝如下:一級(jí)處理采用細(xì)格柵和曝氣沉砂池,二級(jí)處理采用生物吸附降解工藝,簡(jiǎn)稱 AB 法。處理過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的污泥,經(jīng)過(guò)濃縮脫水后外運(yùn)填埋。 AB 法由于兩階段曝氣中每個(gè)階段有相互隔離和獨(dú)立的曝氣過(guò)程、泥水分離過(guò)程和活性污泥回流過(guò)程。因此 相比傳統(tǒng)推流式活性污泥工藝, AB 法處理工藝抗沖擊負(fù)荷強(qiáng),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)更穩(wěn)定的處理效果,基建和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)費(fèi)用大大節(jié)省,適合分期建造。污水廠出水水質(zhì)指標(biāo)達(dá)到了《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》( 1891820xx)二級(jí)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 關(guān)鍵詞:污水處理; AB 法;污泥回流 湖南科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) ii Abstract Xinhua City is located in the middle of Hunan, the middle reaches of theZijiang River, the southeast side of XueFen mountain. The sewage treatmentplant has a large amount of water to be processed, nearly on the scale of the sewage treatment 100000m3 / d, and the planned area is hectares. This stage the discharge of sewage to the main sewage, industrial waste water constitutes a very small proportion . In this project, the main indicators of intake water are: COD = 450mg / L, concentration of BOD5 is S0 = 260 mg / L, concentration of TSS is X0 = 260 mg / L, VSS = 200 mg / L, pH = 7 ~ 8 and the average temperatures is 20 ℃ . The main indicators of outward water are: COD = 100mg / L, concentration of BOD5 is Se = 30 mg / L, concentration of TSS is Xe = 25 mg / L. The removal rate standard for BOD 5, COD, SS are required above %,%, % respectively. According to the quality feature and drainage standard of the sewage, the following factors are given fully consideration: the volume of sewage, the quality of sewage, the economic capability and the management ability, and mature treatment methods with advanced techeniqare, safety, low cost, low investment, low area occupation and convenient management are preferentially selected. The treatment process adopted in this project are as follows: in the first treatment process, fine grid and the grit chamber are selected, and in the second treatment process, biosorption degradation are selected, which is referred to as AB method. Treatment sludge generated in the process was concentrated Sinotrans landfill after dewatering. As there are isolated and independent aeration process sludge dewatering process and the return process in the twostage in AB method, pared to traditional method the AB method bears high impact loading, which can realize more stable treatment effect and construction, greatly cut the cost and is suitable to the by stage construction.
