I 基于組態(tài)的試驗機溫度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設計 摘 要 試驗機是工業(yè)裝置,工業(yè)爐是依靠其它能源對工件進行加熱,以達到對工件進行處理的標準。 與其他 相比,其溫度方便控制,爐內情況易掌握,熱效率高,實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程的機械化和自動化。 隨著自動化程度的迅速提高,用戶對控制系統(tǒng)的過程監(jiān)控要求越來越高,人機界面的出現(xiàn)正好滿足了用戶這一需求。人機界面可以對控制系統(tǒng)進行全面監(jiān)控,包括過程監(jiān)測、報警提示、數(shù)據(jù)記錄等功能,從而使控制系統(tǒng)變得操作人性化、過程可視化,在自動控制領域的作用日益顯著。 顯然,系統(tǒng)正常運行還需要可編程控制器進行控制,可 編程控制器是一種應用很廣泛的自動控制裝置,它將傳統(tǒng)的繼電器控制技術、計算機技術和通訊技術融為一體,具有控制能力強、操作靈活方便、可靠性高、適宜長期連續(xù)工作的特點,非常適合溫度控制的要求 [1]。 本文完成了基于亞控公司的組態(tài)王和西門子公司 S7200 系列的可編程控制器的爐溫控制系統(tǒng)的設計方案。利用組態(tài)軟件組態(tài)王設計人機界面,實現(xiàn)控制系統(tǒng)的實時監(jiān)控、數(shù)據(jù)的實時采樣與處理。編程時調用了編程軟件 STEP 7 Micro WIN 中自帶的 PID 控制模塊,使得程序更為簡潔,運行速度更為理想。實驗證明,此系統(tǒng)具有快 、準、穩(wěn)等優(yōu)點,在工業(yè)溫度控制領域能夠廣泛應用。 關鍵詞 : 溫度控制,可編程控制器,人機界面,組態(tài)王 II Based on the Configuration of the Tester Temperature Monitoring System Abstract The Testing machine is an industrial equipment, industrial furnaces is to rely on other energy heating the workpiece, the workpiece processing standards. Compared with other stoves, convenient to control the temperature, the furnace is easy to master, high thermal efficiency, realize the production process of mechanization and automation. In the industrial field, with the rapid increase in the degree of automation, it is more and more important to monitor the process of control system for the users. The emergence of humanmachine interface meets the needs of users. Manmachine interface can prehensively monitor the control system, including process monitoring, alarm, data logging and other functions, so that the control systems have bee userfriendly operation, the process of visualization and it will play more and more important part in the field of automatic control. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a kind of automatic control equipment which is widely used in the industrial manufacture. It merges the traditional control technology, puter and munication technologies with a strong ability to control, flexible operation, high reliability and suitable for longterm characteristics of continuous work. It is very suitable for temperature control requirements. This essay mainly introduces configuration software Kingview which is developed by Beijing Yakong Company and a design of temperature control system with SIMATIC programmable logic controller (PLC) .When programming, we use the PID control arithmetic software module which is contained in the program software STEP 7 Micro WIN so that the program looks easier and operates more quickly. In order to monitor the III control system and process data in actual time, we designed Human Machine Interface( HMI) with the configuration software Kingview. The result of experiment proves that this temperature control system could run quickly, accurately and have good stability, which is the advantage of the control system. This control system has been widely used in the industrial temperature control field.
