【正文】 齊 齊 哈 爾 大 學 畢業(yè)設計 (論文) 題 目 年 8 萬噸丙烯腈回收 工段的初步設計 學 院 化學與化學工程學院 專業(yè)班級 學生姓名 指導教師 成 績 2021 年 6 月 10 日 齊齊哈爾大學畢業(yè)設計 (論文 ) I 摘 要 本文是主要研究年產(chǎn) 8 萬噸丙烯腈回收工段的 初步設計。文中首先論述回收工段的目的、國內外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、市場前景以及生產(chǎn)方法。根據(jù)查找資料,確定生產(chǎn) 裝置采用以水 為溶劑的萃取精餾塔工藝流程,主要目的是將丙烯腈與乙腈分離。 本文重點闡述了 丙烯腈回收 工段。包括工藝原理和工藝流程的論述。根據(jù)工藝參數(shù)進行物料衡算、熱量衡算和設備計算,并依據(jù)計算的數(shù)據(jù)進行設備選型。并且對該工段的工藝控制、 “三廢處理 ”做了說明。最后根據(jù)工藝條件利用 Auto CAD 繪制帶控制點的工藝流程圖,并且完成了 20 000 字的設計說明書。 關鍵詞 : 丙烯腈;乙腈; 溶劑 水 ;回收 齊齊哈爾大學畢業(yè)設計(論文) II Abstract This article is mainly an annual output of 80,000 tons of acrylonitrile recovery section the preliminary design. Firstly, this paper discusses the purpose of the recovery section, development in the world, the market prospects and production methods. To find the information of the production installations in the extractive distillation column with water as solvent process, the main purpose is the separation of acrylonitrile and acetonitrile. This article focuses on the acrylonitrile recovery section including process principles and processes discussing. Process parameters of material balance, heat balance and puting equipment, and equipment selection are based on the calculated data. Process controling, three wastes are described. Finally, according to the process conditions the use of Auto CAD drawing with a process flow diagram of the control points, pleted the design specification of 20 000 words.
