【正文】 《油氣儲(chǔ)存技術(shù)與管理》 課程設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)告 設(shè)計(jì)題目 :__ 某油庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì) — 工藝管線計(jì)算 __ 指導(dǎo) 教師評(píng)語(yǔ) : _______________________________________ _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ __________ _ 成績(jī)(五級(jí)記分制) :______ __________ 指導(dǎo)教師(簽字) :________ ________ 重慶科技學(xué)院本科生課程設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 I 摘要 油庫(kù)設(shè)置管網(wǎng)的主要目的是完成油品的收發(fā)作業(yè)和輸轉(zhuǎn)倒罐等任務(wù)。因此在完成油庫(kù)工藝流程圖和管網(wǎng)布置圖的同時(shí),還要進(jìn)行管路的水力計(jì)算,以便經(jīng)濟(jì)合理地選擇管徑和 泵機(jī)組。 管路設(shè)計(jì)中,選擇什么樣的管徑是涉及到油庫(kù)投資,經(jīng)營(yíng)費(fèi)用和維修費(fèi)用的問(wèn)題,需要全面分析研究才能做出比較正確的選擇。這樣選擇的管徑一般可以做到更為經(jīng)濟(jì)合理,因此這個(gè)管徑就稱為經(jīng)濟(jì)管徑,相應(yīng)于這個(gè)管徑的計(jì)算流速便稱為經(jīng)濟(jì)流速。油庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)中,管徑都是通過(guò)經(jīng)濟(jì)流速計(jì)算的。即首先根據(jù)油品的粘度選擇相應(yīng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)流速,然后按照業(yè)務(wù)流量,求得每種油品鶴管、集油管、吸入管、排出管的直徑。其次,根據(jù)管線的水擊壓力、鋼管許用應(yīng)力、焊縫系數(shù)等計(jì)算出每種油品鶴管、集油管、吸入管、排出管的管線壁厚。最后,根據(jù)油品的業(yè)務(wù)流量和流速、 粘度以及管路的相對(duì)粗糙度 e(本設(shè)計(jì)取 e=),便可根據(jù)雷諾數(shù)的大小,判斷油品在管路中的流態(tài),進(jìn)而求得水力摩阻系數(shù)。再利用達(dá)西公式,便可分別算出每種油品鶴管、集油管、吸入管、排出管的沿程摩阻損失和局部摩阻損失,求和可得各種油品的管線總水力摩阻損失 ∑h 。最后,根據(jù)《石油庫(kù)工藝設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)》及計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行集油管的設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 經(jīng)濟(jì)流速 業(yè)務(wù)流量 管線直徑 管線壁厚 水力摩阻 重慶科技學(xué)院本科生課程設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 II Abstract Terminal set pipe work39。s main purpose is to finished product to send and receive homework and transport cans, etc. Thus at the pletion of process flow diagram and pipe work layout of oil at the same time, also for hydraulic calculation of pipeline, so that the economic and reasonable to choose pipe diameter and the pump unit.
