【正文】 畢業(yè)設計（論文） 基于單片機的 RLC測試儀設計 Design of RLC Instrument Based on SCM 長 春 工 程 學 院 ： 孟 松 ： 電氣與信息學院 ： 電子信息工程 ： 0441 ： 張 學 敏 ： 講 師 ： 2020 年 6 月 20 日 學生姓名 所在院系 所學專業(yè) 所在 班級 指導教師 教師職稱 完成時間 長春工程學院畢業(yè)設計（論文） 摘 要 隨著電子技術的發(fā)展，產(chǎn)品智能化、數(shù)字化已成為人們追求的一種趨勢，尤其對電子設備的精密度和穩(wěn)定度最為關注。現(xiàn)在使用的 RLC 測試儀大都是 硬件電路往往比較復雜，體積比較龐大，不便攜帶，而且價格比較昂貴 ，而且對初學者來說很不方便。所以 本設計設計了 基于 AT89S51 單片機 控 制 的 RLC 測試儀 。 利用單片機的運算和控制功能，方便地實現(xiàn)對 R、 L、 C 的 參數(shù) 的 測量?？稍谟布Y構不變的情況下，同時用軟件程序代替一些硬件測量電 路 。能夠很好的完成對 RLC參數(shù)的測量。 本設計通過插值算法使測量結果精度得到了有效的提高，同時通過數(shù)字慣性濾波法避免了讀數(shù)的跳動，使得讀取測量結果更加方便。 本設計正是應社會發(fā)展的要求，研制出一種價格便宜和操作簡單、自動轉換量程、 體積更小、功能強大、便于攜帶的 RLC 測試儀 。 關鍵詞 單片機 RLC 測試儀 插值算法 數(shù)字濾波 Abstract With the develop of electronic technology,the products’intelligentize and digitized has bee a trend which is pursued by human ， Especially for electronic equipment precision and stability .The RLC testers now are used mostly hardware circuits ,which are plex, large volume parison, inconvenience to carry, and price is more expensive and inconvenient for beginners. Therefore, the design of the RLC tester based on AT89C51 SCM is necessary. using the SCM’s operation and control functions to realize the measure of the R, L, C parameters expediently. In the case of the hardware 長春工程學院畢業(yè)設計（論文） structure remain unchangable, using a software program to replace some hardware measuring circuit,which can plete the measure of RLC parameters very well. The design improves the results’measuring accuracy by using the interpolation algorithm effectively, at the same time through a filtering method to avoid reading the beat, making it more convenient to read the measuring results. The design is conformed to the social development, developed a cheap and simple, automatic conversion range and smaller size, and portable RLC Tester.
