橋式整流電路與雙反星整流電路對比系統(tǒng)研究本科設計(論文)(已修改)

【正文】 北華大學畢業(yè)設計(論文) 1 摘 要 隨著電力系統(tǒng)的 日益發(fā)展,在高度現(xiàn)代化的今天,幾乎在每一個領域都能直接地或間接地看到工業(yè)用的整流直流電源的巨大用途,整流變壓器主要用在電化學工業(yè)。 因不同的整流電路需要不同的整流變壓器設計,雙反星帶平衡電抗器整流電路和橋式整流電路相比,在同樣負載直流電流下因其臂電流平均值是橋式整流電路的一半,且管壓降也是后者的一半,因而被廣泛用在低電壓大電流系統(tǒng)中。但由于增加了平衡電抗器也增加了變壓器復雜性和很多隱患,取消平衡電抗器三相五柱式整流變壓器恰恰克服了平衡電抗器的缺點。 本論文研究的是就實際問題對比系統(tǒng) 是 采用橋式整流電路還是雙反星整流電路應進行分析,平衡電抗器帶來的隱患、缺點。以及取消平衡電抗器采用三相五柱式整流變壓器設計的優(yōu)點、理論基礎,設計變壓器計算單進行器件的選擇 ,并繪制整體布置圖。 作為一個實際的工程設計課題 ,論文所論 述的大部分思想已經在實驗室的實驗中獲得成功,實驗結果表明該 取消平衡電抗器三相五柱式整流變壓器 具有較好的性能。 關鍵詞: 整流變壓器, 平衡電抗器 , 直流電源 北華大學畢業(yè)設計(論文) 2 Abstract With the growing power system development, at a height of the modernization of today, In almost every area can directly or indirectly, to see industrial use in DC power rectifier great purposes, rectifier transformers are used in electrochemical industries.
