【正文】 三 江 學(xué) 院 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 題 目 ZMB型紙漿模塑成型機(jī)機(jī)座設(shè)計(jì) 高職院 院（系） 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 專業(yè) 摘 要 本論文介紹了紙漿模塑成型機(jī)的作用，工藝技術(shù)特點(diǎn)和制品成型工藝種類，以及 ZMB 型 紙漿 模塑成型機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)及其說(shuō)明。 通過(guò) 國(guó)內(nèi)外紙漿模塑成型機(jī)的對(duì)比， 參考當(dāng)前紙漿模塑成型機(jī)機(jī)座，改進(jìn)機(jī)座漿 流通道紙漿流速平緩，穩(wěn)定，防腐和 落水板 以及 漿面調(diào)整等設(shè)計(jì) ，達(dá)到設(shè)備輕量化要求。 為了使紙漿模塑成型機(jī)能安全工作，對(duì)關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度校核，使部件滿足強(qiáng)度的要求。 通過(guò)此次設(shè)計(jì)，真正熟悉紙漿模塑成型機(jī)的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)與加工工藝，把所學(xué)的知識(shí)運(yùn)用到生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中去。 關(guān)鍵詞： 紙漿模塑成型機(jī)； ZMB型；結(jié)構(gòu)分析 ABSTRACT This paper introduces the role of paper pulp molding machine, process technology characteristics and product types of molding process, as well as ZMB type paper pulp molding machine39。s structure and instructions. Molded pulp molding machine at home and abroad contrast, the reference current paper pulp molding machine base, improve base slurry circulation way pulp flow smoothly, stability, anticorrosion and the surface of the water board and pulp adjustment design, meet the requirements of lightweight equipment. In order to make the paper pulp molding machine can work safety, strength of key parts for check, make the parts meet the requirements of strength. Through this design, truly familiar with the internal structure of molded pulp molding machine and process technology, apply the learned knowledge into production practice.
