I 氣門搖臂軸支座的機(jī)械加工工藝及夾具設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 機(jī)械加工行業(yè)作為一個(gè)傳統(tǒng)而富有活力的行業(yè),近些年取得了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展,在新經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)了新的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),由此對(duì)其它的質(zhì)量,性能要求有了新的變化?,F(xiàn)在機(jī)械加工行業(yè)發(fā)生著結(jié)構(gòu)性變化,工藝工裝的設(shè)計(jì)與改良已成為企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的必要條件,工藝工裝的設(shè)計(jì)與改良將直接影響加工產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量與性能。 首先介紹了氣門搖臂軸支座的作用和工藝分析,其次確定毛坯尺寸,然后進(jìn)行了工藝規(guī)程設(shè)計(jì),最后進(jìn)行夾具設(shè)計(jì)。通過對(duì)氣門搖臂軸支座進(jìn)行研究,來進(jìn)行加工工藝和夾具設(shè)計(jì),氣門搖臂軸支座零 件為鑄件,具有體積小,零件結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單的特點(diǎn),由于面比孔容易加工,所以在制定工藝規(guī)程時(shí),就采用先加工面,再以面為基準(zhǔn)來加工孔的方法,其中各工序夾具都采用專用夾具,其機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)單,方便且能滿足要求。 關(guān)鍵詞: 氣門搖臂軸支座;工藝分析;工藝規(guī)程設(shè)計(jì);夾具設(shè)計(jì) II Abstract Machining industry, as a traditional and vibrant industry, has been rapidly developed for a few past decades. In the new economic area, the industry presented a new development trend, and the trends also changes the quality and the performance of the production in some new abstracts. Machining industry is now taking place in structural changes, process design and improvement of equipment has bee the necessary conditions of the enterprise survival and development, process equipment design and improved products directly affect the quality and performance. This article introduces the role and process analysis of the valve rocker arm bearing support , followed by determining blank size, and then proceed to order the design process, the final fixture design. What will be designed is The machining process and fixture design of the Valve Rocker Arm Bearing support, which has the characteristics of three abstract. its ponents for castings, with a small size, simple structure and the characteristics of parts, because the surface is easier than the easy processing, point of order in the development process, the surface on the first processing , and then to surface as a benchmark to other processing, including the processes used special fixture, and its design is simple, convenient and can meet the requirements.
