直流電機(jī) PWM 調(diào)速控制器的設(shè)計(jì)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) I 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 直流電機(jī) PWM 調(diào)速控制器的設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 在電氣時(shí)代的今天,電動(dòng)機(jī)在工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、人們?nèi)粘I钪衅鹬种匾淖饔?。直流電機(jī)是最常見的一種電機(jī),在各領(lǐng)域中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。研究直流電機(jī)的控制和測(cè)量方法,對(duì)提高控制精度和響應(yīng)速度、節(jié)約能源等都具有重要意義。電機(jī)調(diào)速問題一直是自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域比較重要的問題之一。不同領(lǐng)域?qū)τ陔姍C(jī)的調(diào)速性能有著不同的要求,因此,不同的調(diào)速方法有著不同的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合。 本文基于 PWM 的雙閉環(huán)直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,并設(shè)計(jì)出應(yīng)用于直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的雙閉環(huán)直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。首先描述了變頻器的發(fā)展歷程 ,提出了 PWM 調(diào)速方法的優(yōu)勢(shì),指出了未來 PWM 調(diào)速方法的發(fā)展前景,點(diǎn)出了研究 PWM 調(diào)速方法的意義。應(yīng)用于直流電機(jī)的調(diào)速方式很多,其中以 PWM 變頻調(diào)速方式應(yīng)用最為廣泛,而 PWM 變頻器中, H 型 PWM變頻器性能尤為突出,作為本次設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)理論,本文將對(duì) PWM 的理論進(jìn)行詳細(xì)論述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文將做出 AT89S52 單片機(jī)控制的 H 型 PWM 變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的整體設(shè)計(jì),然后對(duì)各個(gè)部分分別進(jìn)行論證,力圖在每個(gè)組成單元上都達(dá)到最好的系統(tǒng)性能。 關(guān)鍵詞:直流調(diào)速 ;雙閉環(huán) ; PWM ; AT89S52 ;直流電機(jī) II The PWM speed controller design of Dc motor Abstract In electrical time39。s today, the electric motor in the industry and agriculture production, the people daily life is playing the very vital role. The direct current machine is the most mo n one kind of electrical machinery, obtains the widespread application in various domains. The research direct current machine39。s control and the measuring technique, to increase the control precision and the speed of response, the frugal energy and so on have the important meaning. A problem about speedmodulation of DC motor is very important in the field automatic. The requests to the effect after the speedmodulation of the DC motor are different in different fields. Then, different speedmodulation ways are using in different fields. This paper researches DCdrive speed system with a dualconverter and dualclosedloop based PWM, discussing a new control method that bines PWM with D Cdrive, designs applies in direct current motor39。s double closed loop current velocity modulation system. DC motor is used very generally because its speedmodulation effect is very good and its speedmodulation is easily to be realized. PWM theory is used most generally among the speedmodulation ways. The text will introduce the HPWM way mostly. We will try to do modulation to the DC motor with AT89S52. The importance of the text is the parts which are posed the system. Another importance is the principles of working about every parts.
