【正文】 摘要 I 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 立式?jīng)_擊粉碎機的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 摘 要 本課題是立式?jīng)_擊粉碎機的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。首先介紹了一下國內(nèi)外粉碎機生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及各種不同的粉碎機設(shè)備,然后在這些粉碎機的基礎(chǔ)上對本設(shè)計進行整體方案的確定。 本設(shè)計主要包括粉碎、分級和傳動部分。粉碎部分包括粉碎盤和齒形襯套。粉碎盤為銷棒式結(jié)構(gòu),錘體圓周排列,出料粒徑小,適用于熱敏性與韌性材料的粉碎;齒形襯套為圓弧形,空氣極易形成局部高速渦漩流場,使物料產(chǎn)生高速震顫,加劇了物料間的碰撞;分級機構(gòu)可以使物料避免過度粉碎,達到所需粒徑時在氣流粘滯力的作用下及時排出;其傳 動系統(tǒng)采用帶傳動,可以緩沖吸振,傳動平穩(wěn)無噪聲,且適用于較大距離間兩軸的傳遞。設(shè)計過程中的很多數(shù)據(jù)都是采用以往的經(jīng)驗值,選材部分也是通過以往的經(jīng)驗來選擇。通過查閱相關(guān)的技術(shù)手冊來確定一些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件。 設(shè)計的過程中首先分析立式粉碎機的結(jié)構(gòu)以及粉碎機的工作原理,粉碎的方法。知道各部分的功能及組成。其次查閱相關(guān)緊固件的尺寸,理論聯(lián)系實際確定各部件選用的制作材料。最后運用 CAD畫出總的裝配圖及主要部件的零件圖。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 立式?jīng)_擊粉碎機;結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計;二維圖。 Abstract 錯誤 !未找到引用源。 ABSTRACT The issue is the structural design of vertical impact crusher.
