【正文】 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 說(shuō)明書(shū)(畢業(yè) 論文 ) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)(畢業(yè)論文) 高爐 檢測(cè)控制系統(tǒng) 設(shè)計(jì) 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 說(shuō)明書(shū)(畢業(yè) 論文 ) 摘 要 在高爐生產(chǎn)中,料倉(cāng) (又稱礦槽 )上下所設(shè)置的設(shè)備,是為高爐上料服務(wù)的。其所屬的設(shè)備稱為供料設(shè)備 :包括貯礦槽、過(guò)篩、輸送、稱量及上料機(jī)等一系列設(shè)備。其生產(chǎn)過(guò)程構(gòu)成上料系統(tǒng)或供料系統(tǒng),俗稱為槽下系統(tǒng)。主要作用是保證及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、穩(wěn)定地將合格原料從貯礦槽送上高爐爐頂。 本設(shè)計(jì)主要介紹了 PLC 在高爐上料系統(tǒng)中的硬件結(jié)構(gòu),軟件功能和設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn),上料系統(tǒng)有 60 個(gè) 輸入點(diǎn), 56 個(gè)輸出點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了上料的自動(dòng)控制。整個(gè)上料系統(tǒng)具有能自動(dòng)控制、操作方便、稱量準(zhǔn)確、維 護(hù)簡(jiǎn)便、篩分效率高的特點(diǎn),為高爐穩(wěn)定上料創(chuàng)造條件。 可編程序控制器 (pLC)因其高可靠性和較高的性價(jià)比,而在工業(yè)控制中被廣一泛應(yīng)用。 關(guān)鍵詞: 上料系統(tǒng) ; 自動(dòng)控制 ; PLC 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 說(shuō)明書(shū)(畢業(yè) 論文 ) The automatic measure and control system of blast furnace Abstract In the blast furnace production , the equipments setting near the storehouse (also call it ore tank) are in the service of the furnace charging. The equipments belong to it are called charging equipments, which include the store ore tank 、 moving screen、 transportation、 metage and charging machine and so on series of facilities. The process of the charging equipments make up the charging or providing system, often call it below storehouse system, whose main target is to insure that deliver the qualified raw material from the store ore tank to the top of the blast furnace in time , exactly and stable. The design mainly introduces the hardware structure software function and design characteristic of PLC in the charging system of the blast furnace . The charging system includes 60 inputpoints and 56 outputpoints, realizing the automatic control of whole charging system has the characteristic of automatic, expediently operation, exactly metage, briefly maintenance, hign efficiency screen , to create conditions for the stable charging of the blast furnace . The Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is widely used in the industry control because of its stable and high functionprice proportion characteristic.
