I 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書(畢業(yè)論文) 題 目: DN1000 二分加熱器機械設(shè)計 學(xué)生姓名: 蘇輝 學(xué) 號: 0964134133 專 業(yè):過程裝備與控制工程 班 級:裝備 091 班 指導(dǎo)教師:孟智慧 II 摘要 本文是一篇關(guān)于固定管板式換熱器的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,主要用于尿液的冷卻。對固定管板式換熱器進行了深入的研究,首先,在換熱器總體結(jié)構(gòu)方面,對其筒體、封頭進行了厚度計算和強度校核,得到了在工稱直徑 DN1000,特定的公稱壓力下合理的筒體和封頭的厚度,并對筒 體和管箱的接管進行了選型與開孔補強校核。其次,在換熱器內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)方面進行了換熱管的計算和管子的布置,按照正確的布管計算方法對換熱器公稱直徑為1000mm 的管板實施了單管程,單殼程條件下的人工計算布管并畫出了相應(yīng)的 CAD 布管圖。同時用 BS 法對管板厚度進行了計算和校核。在整個設(shè)計過程中,還包括一些其他零部件的設(shè)計和選型,也對整體制造和安裝進行了分析。最后得到一套完整的固定管板式換熱器的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方案,包括 CAD 圖紙。 關(guān)鍵詞: 換熱器;固定管板式換熱器;結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計;強度校核;制造工藝 III Abstract This paper is fixed on a plate heat exchanger of the structural design, mainly used for cooling the urine.
