【正文】 1 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文 基于 ProE 的安全帽注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)及型腔仿真加工 摘 要 注射成型加工質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣是塑料加工業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展水平的標(biāo)志之一,同時(shí)反映了模具設(shè)計(jì)和制造的水平。詳細(xì)介紹了安全帽注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)的整個(gè)過程。首先通過對塑件的結(jié)構(gòu)和成型工藝分析,確定塑件的分型面與澆口結(jié)構(gòu);然后再進(jìn)行模具零件設(shè)計(jì),如成型零件、脫模機(jī)構(gòu)等等。同時(shí)在整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過程中,還要通過計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工具 Pro/E進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。重點(diǎn)闡述如何利用 Pro/E 軟件,將注射成型中塑料熔體在型腔內(nèi)充填模擬,通過對模擬結(jié)果的分析與評(píng)判,有效預(yù)防了原模具設(shè)計(jì)方案用于實(shí) 際生產(chǎn)時(shí)可能出現(xiàn)的問題,以生產(chǎn)出合格的產(chǎn)品。 本文主要講述了安全帽注塑模的設(shè)計(jì)。內(nèi)容包括制品材料的選擇及材料性能的分析、注射機(jī)的選用、澆注系統(tǒng)、成型零件、冷卻系統(tǒng)和抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)等部分。除此之外,還包括模具型腔的 CAD/CAM 部分,并利用先進(jìn)軟件將其加工部分直接生成 NC文件。本文強(qiáng)調(diào)利用現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)制造技術(shù),運(yùn)用了 Pro/E、 CAD/CAM 等國內(nèi)外著名軟件進(jìn)行輔助設(shè)計(jì)。既保證了產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,還大大地提高了制造生產(chǎn)率,縮短了產(chǎn)品更新的周期。 關(guān)鍵詞:安全帽;注塑模; CAD/CAM; Pro/E 基于 Pro/E 的安全帽注塑模具設(shè) 計(jì)及型腔仿真加工 2 ABSTRCT Injection molding procesing quality is the one of symbols of the quality that plastic procesing industry and technogical deflected the mold design and manufacturing on the entire procesing of the Brush Block Injection Mold the first,the structure of the parting line and sprue was determined based on the analysis of the structure and forming technology of the design for the mold parts,such as molding parts,demoulding mechanism,and so the same time throughout the design process, through the puter aided design CAD and PROE on how to use PROE simulating the filling process of plastic melts in the cavity of injection moulds. The analysis on the analog result can help effectively modify the design scheme and prevent the problems that may occur in the production And in the design of structure,The key points in designing the side corepulling mechanism with gears and rack were stated in detail. The mould is pact in structure and effective in operation. This text mainly narrates the design of injection mould for a safety helmet, including the selection of product material and its property analysis, the selection of injection machine, the design of feed system, shaping part, cooling system and core pulling, etc. Besides this, it also covers the CAD/CAM for the mold cavity, and generating GCode instructions for CNC machine by the advanced software. In this text, the author emphasizes the use of modern puter assisted design and manufacturing technology, and apply some famous software, such as Pro/E, CAXA, to design. Through this, it not only guarantees the performance, but also raises working efficiency greatly and shortens the production cycle.
