蘭州交通大學畢業(yè)設計(論文) I 脫硫石膏的市場經(jīng)濟效益分析 摘要 我國的經(jīng)濟增長正經(jīng)歷新一輪重化工業(yè)階段,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對能源的依賴程度比發(fā)達國家大得多,人均用電水平將會大幅提高。我國的一次能源結(jié)構(gòu)決定了我國發(fā)電必然以煤電為主的基本格局,這一特征長期難以改變。我國火力發(fā)電廠年用煤占全國煤炭產(chǎn)量的 50%左右,我國以煤炭為主的能源消費構(gòu)成,帶來的最直接的環(huán)境問題之一就是大量灰渣的排放。燃煤電廠排出的固廢(包括脫硫石膏、粉煤灰和爐渣)已經(jīng)被越來越多的實踐證明 它們 不是廢物,而是非常寶貴的資源,具有很高的經(jīng)濟價值,正所謂 “用之為寶,棄之為害 ”。 作為 煤燃燒產(chǎn)物, 脫硫石膏的綜合利用,不僅可以減少燃煤電廠脫硫產(chǎn)物的堆放場地,減少二次污染,而且可以減少天然石 膏 的開采量,保護天然石膏資源,節(jié)省開礦費用,增加脫硫石膏產(chǎn)品的銷售額,符合我國可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟理念,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 脫硫石膏是石灰石 (石灰 )/石膏濕法煙氣脫硫的副產(chǎn)物。在分析了我國脫硫 石膏 的良好的應用前景 與其所帶來巨大的經(jīng)濟效益 的同時,本文也指出了脫硫石膏推廣應用中可能會遇到的問題,提出了一些綜合處理措施。這包括脫硫裝置設計和運行煙氣脫硫設備過程中穩(wěn)定脫硫石膏的產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量、脫硫石膏用作水泥緩 凝劑的問題及處理措施、參考國外脫硫石膏產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量標準盡快制定適合我國國情的脫硫石膏產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量標準、推算我國缺少石膏資源的省區(qū)石膏的短缺量以及利用脫硫石膏的技術經(jīng)濟可行性,建議國家出臺有關鼓勵燃煤電廠安裝煙氣脫硫裝置和合理利用脫硫石膏的一些政策,以進一步推進我國脫硫 石膏 的綜合利用 ,實現(xiàn)變廢為寶為社會創(chuàng)造更大的價值。 關鍵詞: 脫硫石膏 綜合利用 循環(huán)經(jīng)濟 可持續(xù)發(fā)展 可行性 經(jīng)濟效益 蘭州交通大學畢業(yè)設計(論文) II Marke Economic Efficiency Analysis of FGD Gypsum Abstract Chinese economic growth is going through the stage of a new round of heavy chemical industries, the economic development of the energy dependence is much greater than in developed countries, per capita consumption level will dramatically Oneoff energy structure decided Chinese power generation is bound coalbased pattern, the characteristics is difficult to change in a long time. Chinese thermal power plant used coal accounted for about 50% of national coal production, chinese energy consumption is coalbased , has brought the most immediate environmental problems is the large number of ash emissions. The solid waste of coalfired power plants have discharged (including FGD gypsum, fly ash and slag) has been more and more practice to prove they are not waste, but a very valuable resource, with high economic value, the socalled isas a treasure, abandoned harm. As coal bustion products,Comprehensive utilization of FGD gypsum not only can reduce the stacking space of coalfired power plant desulfurization products , reduce secondary pollution, but can reduce the amount of natural gypsum mining, protection of natural gypsum resources, mining costs savings, increase in FGD gypsumproduct sales, line with our sustainable development strategy and the concept of circular economy, it has important practical significance. FGD gypsum is a limestone (lime) / gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization the analysis of a good prospect of FGD gypsum and huge economic benefits that they has brought at the same time, The article also pointed out that the problems you might encounter in the application of FGD gypsum to promote, made a number of prehensive treatment measures.
