畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 設(shè)計(論文)題目: 小型工廠的供配電系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 誠信承諾書 本人慎重承諾和聲明: 本人在畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)過程中遵守學校有關(guān)規(guī)定,恪守學術(shù)規(guī)范,在指導(dǎo)教師的指導(dǎo)下獨立完成,沒有剽竊和抄襲他人的學術(shù)觀點、思想和成果,未篡改研究數(shù)據(jù),若有違規(guī)行為的發(fā)生,我愿接受學校處理,并承擔一切法律責任。 論文作者簽名: 年 月 日 重慶郵電大學本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) I 摘 要 電能是工業(yè) 生產(chǎn)的主要動力能源,是現(xiàn)代文明的物質(zhì)技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。沒有電力,就沒有國民經(jīng)濟的現(xiàn)代化?,F(xiàn)代社會的信息化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,都是建立在電氣化的基礎(chǔ)之上的。電力供應(yīng)如果突然中斷,則將對這些用電部門造成嚴重 的 影響 。 工廠供配電設(shè)計的任務(wù)是從電力系統(tǒng)取得電源,經(jīng)過合理的傳輸、變換,分配到工廠車間中每一個用電設(shè)備上。因而工廠供配電的設(shè)計對于一個企業(yè)來說是相當重要的,是 企業(yè)生產(chǎn)出高品質(zhì)產(chǎn)品的硬件保證 。 在本設(shè)計中,依據(jù)給定的設(shè)計范圍和基礎(chǔ)資料,對塑料制品廠全廠總配 變 電所進行了初步的電氣設(shè)計。通過負荷計算、無功補償、電氣主接線選擇、短路電流計算、電氣設(shè)備選擇、繼電保護及防雷裝置設(shè)計等一系列具體工作,按照課題的具體要求,使設(shè)計方案能夠符合國家標準的有關(guān)規(guī)定,體現(xiàn)了安全、可靠、靈活、經(jīng)濟的原則 , 為塑料制品廠供電的可靠性、安全生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)濟運行提供了強有力的保證。并根據(jù)設(shè)計要求,繪制了總配電所電氣主接線圖、 1~5 號車間變電所主接線圖 和總配電所平面布置簡圖等有關(guān)設(shè)計圖紙。 通過這次設(shè)計, 塑料制品廠 的供配電系統(tǒng)的基本功能就實現(xiàn)了,從該廠附近的變電所取得 10kV 電源,通過設(shè)計中的配電所進行電力的傳輸分配到 5 個車間變電所,車間變電所把電壓從 10kV 變成 400V 給各個車間設(shè)備以及工廠生活提供電能。 【關(guān)鍵詞】總配電所 主接線 變壓器 短路電流 繼電保護 重慶郵電大學本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) II ABSTRACT The power of electricity is the major motive source of industrial production, material and technical basis of modern civilization. No electricity,no modern economy. Modern society39。s information and work, are based on the electrification of. If the sudden interruption of power supply, it will cause serious impact on these electricity sector. The mission of the factory power supply and distribution design is getting power source from the electric system and assign to each electricity using equipment of the factory workshop via reasonable transmission and transformation. Therefore, the factory power supply and distribution design is very important for an enterprise. It is also a high quality certificate of the production. In this design, I make a initial electric design for the power distribution of the whole plastic products factory according to the provided range of design and basic material. To make sure that the design is conformance to the national criterion and to be safe, dependable flexible and economical, I do the design after a series of load calculation, Reactive power pensation, Electrical main wiring choice, Shortcircuit current calculation, electrical equipment choice, relayprotection and prevent thunder according to the particular demand of the course. It also makes sure that the course of power supply is dependable, safe and economical. At the same time, according to the demand, I have draw the main electrical power distribution by the total oneway wiring diagram, 1 to 5 workshop substation main wiring diagram and the total distribution of the schematic layout.
