【正文】 河南城建學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 I 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) [論 文 ] 題 目: 張家港化纖集團(tuán) 生產(chǎn)廢水處理工程 設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 院: 市政與環(huán)境工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 環(huán)境工程 河南城建學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 II 摘要 該化纖集團(tuán)主要生產(chǎn)黏膠短纖維,廢水產(chǎn)生量為 500 m3/h 即 萬 t/d,廢水主要由含 Zn2+的酸性污水和含有硫化物的堿性污水組成,且都含較高 COD、 SS和少量石油類物質(zhì)。根據(jù)該化纖污水可生化性差,含難降解的硫化物和有毒重金屬的水質(zhì)特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)“物化預(yù)處理 +氧化溝生化處理”工藝對(duì)其進(jìn)行處理。污水中的 SS、石油類物質(zhì)、 Zn2+、硫化物濃度大大降低,使得出水水質(zhì)達(dá)到《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)( GB189182020)》中的一級(jí) B 排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。 本文對(duì)各處理單 元構(gòu)筑物進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,繪制各處理單元構(gòu)筑物圖 ,以及污水處理站的平面布 置圖和高程圖,同時(shí)對(duì) 該污水處理站進(jìn)行了投資經(jīng)濟(jì)概算,驗(yàn)證污水不僅得到有效處理,且經(jīng)濟(jì)可行,符合可持續(xù)發(fā)展要求。 關(guān)鍵詞: 化纖廢水 , 物化預(yù)處理 , 氧化溝 ,硫化物, Zn2+ 河南城建學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 目錄 III Abstract A chemical fiber pany mainly produces glue differentiation short fibers, its wastewater quantity is 500 m3/ is posed by acid and alkaline sewage , acid sewage contains Zn2+ 、 COD、 SS and a few oil, alkaline sewage contains sulfide、 COD、 SS and a few Chemical fiber sewage is hard to bochemical react,and there is itoxic heavy metals and sulfide which is harmful to bochemical reaction in it ,so the wastewater is physico chemical pertreatmented and then Oxidation ditch biochemical concentrations of Zn2+ 、 COD、 SS and oil are greatly reduced, effluent water meets the level 1 of emissions requirements in the integrated wastewater discharge standard (2020) GB18918 . Processing unit structures are projected, plane and elevation layout of processing station is also presented, meanwhile its economic is accounted. The wastewater is not only well degraded ,but also economically feasible, fulfill the sustainable development .
