【正文】 1 XXXXX 大學(xué) 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) （論文） 題目 ： 住宅樓設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 院： 土木工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè)： 土木工程 2 摘 要 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的 課題 為 消防大隊(duì)住宅樓設(shè)計(jì)，采用 現(xiàn)澆混凝土 框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系 。 消防大隊(duì)住宅樓 設(shè)計(jì)主要包括建筑設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和施工組織設(shè)計(jì)三大部分 。對于建筑設(shè)計(jì)，基于給定的設(shè)計(jì)資料，對建筑造型進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，對各功能區(qū)進(jìn)行分布和尺寸確定，運(yùn)用 AutoCAD 軟件繪制出主平面圖、立面圖、剖面圖及部分詳圖。對于結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，在參考相關(guān)規(guī)范及其他相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，主要進(jìn)行電算和手算，并將兩者結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比。電算主要是對整體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析 ，由 PKPM 軟件完成。手算主要對部分構(gòu)件進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析，其中進(jìn)行了一榀框架的計(jì)算、樓梯和基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。在電算和手算的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用AutoCAD 軟件進(jìn)行了施工圖的繪制。 施工組織設(shè)計(jì)主要是對施工過程中的施工工藝、流程進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，并繪制了施工橫道圖以及簡易的施工平面布置圖。 關(guān)鍵詞： 建筑設(shè)計(jì)，結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)， 施工組織設(shè)計(jì)， PKPM， AutoCAD 3 Abstract The work for this gradutaion design is architectural, structural and construction design of the fire brigade residential building in Nanjing. It is situ concrete frame structure. This graduation contains three main parts which are architectural design,structural design andconstruction design. The building model has been designed and all rooms have been arranged based on the given design literatures. The dimension has been decided. After that, plan, elevation and sectional drawings and detail structural drawings have been finished by using AutoCAD software. For the sturctural design, calculation by PKPM software and hand have been done and the results have been pared on the basis of the standards and othe references. Electircal calculation is mainly for puting and analyzing the whole structure which is finished by PKPM software. However,hand calculation is mainly for analyzing the ponents of the building. A typical frame of the building have been calculated including one stair and one foundation. In addition, the construction drawings have been drawn by AutoCAD software according to the PKPM calculation results and hand calculation results. Construction design mainly for the construction processes and procedures design of the construction process, and draw a construction Gantt chart and simple construction floorplan.
